The Westbrass 2-handle Victorian instant hot and cold water dispenser with hot water tank offers a single-handle design. This includes a high-arc, extended spout that provides great sink clearance. Hot water supply can be filtered for a pure, clean taste (filter sold separately). A white hot water tank is included with the faucet. The faucet is designed for single-hole installation (mounting materials included). Westbrass was founded in 1935 by two brothers, Jack and Aaron Kagan, to serve the needs of all plumbing wholesalers on the West Coast. The product lines at the time included items such as faucets, valves, malleable fittings, etc. After becoming the premier distributor of plumbing products, the company was bought in 1985 by Max Homami. Seeing a boom in the Home Improvement Industry, Mr. Homami had a vision to make Westbrass the leader in Kitchen & Bath Accessories. The company currently manufactures its own products made of the highest quality materials. I like the faucet style, which is hard to find in a hot/cold water dispenser! But Westbrass hasn’t thought this through. The tank’s fittings do not match the faucet’s. You can’t use them together without a huge headache of building a stack of adapters that you’d need to buy separately. The faucet uses standard 3/8” braided compression lines. The tank has nipples for Santoprene or silicon flex tubes of 2 different sizes. And you’ll also need to install a shock block widget that expects 1/4” copper input. The faucet is nicely finished solid brass, but is inexplicably lined with some kind of plastic. So they make it out metal but then go out of their way to ADD plastic in contact with boiling hot water. WTF??

Both faucets and water heater connector are female how supposed they able to connecting together? And also the filter hole are different size then the hose they provided! No clear installation instructions!

water lines do not fit with each other all fitting are different you need to buy all new line and fitting

The instruction manual is terrible, and it comes with extra parts, and you still need to purchase copper or pvc tubing but that is normal with plumbing products. Aside from that the device itself is great - I only installed it yesterday so I can’t comment on longevity, but the water pressure is magnificent. I love the cold and hot spouts. The faucet looks really nice and high quality, it doesn’t look cheap.Could be better: an on/off timer would be awesome, instruction manual could include labeled, photographed parts with the names, explanation of why there are extra parts that don’t get used, and it could come with 3/8th” pvc piping to connect to main water line. Yes you’ll still need a compression fitting that T’s off your water line.Get a handyman or plumber to install if you haven’t done any plumbing - you will need to cut into your cold water line if you don’t have. System like this already
