Do not buy one of these Westbrass D271HFP-11 they do not work with a reverse osmosis system. They also make gurgling sounds, and the water pressure that comes out is very slow. My Westbrass D271HFP-11 went bad after a few months of using it the company I bought it from on Amazon told me to call West brass and they will replace the tank. They said it's very common. Looks like it burns itself out fairly quickly. I did call and they are going to send me a replacement. The problem is it's only a one year guarantee. I have a InSinkErator at my other house and it works so much better. It was also cheaper, so there would be no reason to buy a Westbrass D271HFP-11

The product was so large we had to have our plumber move a lot under our kitchen sink to make it fit. It worked okay (not great) for less than 6 months and then the water dispenser portion won't shut off. The hot water keeps coming out and no way to stop it. I would NOT recommend this product. The last one we had worked great for years but we couldn't get it shipped to our state for some reason so had to try something new. I wouldn't recommend this one at all.

The color is a bit darker than a traditional “antique copper” so it doesn’t match exactly to all my other fixtures but not off enough to bother me.I’ve read some reviews of people complaining that the faucet drips or “leaks”. This is normal for a pressurized system. When the tank heats up the pressure needs to go somewhere. The dripping during that process is exactly that. It doesn’t drip continuously, only after use while the new water is being heated, then it stops.

Bought this for a new home build but not installed within the return window. Now that it’s installed we see the tank leaks freely out the bottom. Amazon rightly says it’s beyond the return window but they helped me contact the mfr since it’s under full warranty. I’ve emailed twice (no reply) and called (the only person who can help was mysteriously out that day).Update: Amazon was very kind and refunded since it was an Amazon Warehouse item. Mfr was not good to deal with. I finally got through to them and they were very unhelpful and then ghosted me altogether. Terrible experience with Westbrass product and their customer service.

The hot shot worked great for about 4 months then began to leak. We contacted the company and they do not offer any replacements for defective products. They are very difficult to deal with. MULTIPLE emails trying to find answers to why it leaks. Supposedly we need a new seal. We are sending out our 4th email to them today trying to get them to respond with either the seals (which we would gladly pay for) or information on the ones to buy.Buyer beware these folks are truly horrid to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEMUpdate. We actually received a replacement. After so much back and forth they decided to replace it. Appreciate it. I still stand by my advice to be careful with this company

I am disappointed with this product. It looks good but it has an issue with dripping. my wife likes her coffee extremely hot hot if you leave this on the hottest setting steam comes out and water drips randomly. So I've kept it lower an turned it up when I needed water for her (sort defeats the insta hot but its still better then boiling in a kettle) that worked for about 5 months. over the last few weeks it has started consistently dripping even at the coolest settings. It is less then a year old so I am hoping they honor the warranty and replace will post result after I hear from them*update* don't waste time calling anahiem manufacturers or moen unless the heating unit itself is leaking, the faucet is made by wetbrass. i called them and they said email proof of purchase and will send out a replacement unit....
