Appeared to be used before. It broke after 3 uses, which also happens to be past my return date. Tried to purchase new bulbs but can find any.

Love this little guy! I am a CRNP and I bought a cheap one last time: able to see the TM but not able to make out structures nor was I able to determine if there was fluid or redness in the ear. The other otoscope I bought also did not work past 4 uses. This one was a lot more $$ but totally worth it! I tried it out on my hubby and was able to see fluid and redness, so he was caught not taking is anti-histamine. The old scope I could basically see only if he had wax. Worth every $$ for this gem!
