Last batch we bought didn't have a very good description - when they arrived, they didn't fit, and we couldn't return them. This one had good description and fit our otoscope very nicely.Inexpensive - good construction - good fit - works great.

These specula fit my ADC pocket otoscope. There are about 40 specula per sleeve (see picture) and this order comes with three sleeves.
