This cuts my chip board (50pt) like a gem! I use this to cut my notebook back binders and as I pull the handle down, I don't even realize it cut - that's how smooth and quick and seamless this is... Why did I wait so long to purchase?!?!?

I cannot say enough good about this stack cutter! If you are on the fence go ahead and get it. It's built well, lighter weight, and has a much smaller foot print than others I tried, the guide slides back and forth smooth and locks into place securely. The blade cuts, clean, and straight every time and the handle does not require as much exertion on the shoulder to come down as others. It's so easy to use and definitely worth the price.

I have used this product for less than a week and it’s hit or miss. I was excited to order it, and I’m only cutting very small stacks of paper and chipboard. Less than an inch. Just tried it with a very small stack of paper and it didn’t cut through. I’m ready to return it. I had high hopes and this is frustrating

This is a great cutter, as a crafter I have a number of different cutters for different things but it be honest I could do it all with this one. It cuts perfectly and with ease. I love that i can cut all the papers at once for my journals and albums

I had ordered a stack cutter like this from hfs and it is much more heavy duty and felt a lot more sturdy, I got it because it seemed to be more professional and assumed higher quality.Unfortunately hfs quality control is seriously lacking, my first one cut totally uneven and the clamp bar didn't put down even pressure (I was able to fix the clamp bar issue, but the crooked blade was a problem). I went ahead and exchanged it assuming it was just a lemon. I got the new one and was suepr excited only to come to find that the blade was totally dull! And it cut slightly uneven as well. Super frustrating, so I decided to try another brand and went with this We R Makers one. Im so glad I did! This stack cutter is much lighter weight than the other one I had, which does make it more easily moved around. That being said, it's more prone to tipping when cutting through a stack. I don't mind at all though because it cuts like butter and so far appears to cut straight! I'll know for sure when I cut something with straight lines already on it, but so far things are looking good.If you're debating between the two brands, I recommend just going with this one. It feels a little more like a toy compared to the other, and normally I wouldnt like that, but this cutter works so surprisingly well and was so simple to use right out the box.Generally I lean towards something more heavy duty as it feels like something meant to last, but quality control is crucial and something just feeling heavy duty just isn't enough.Keep in mind, these types of cutters are not designed to cut single sheets of paper and will typically struggle to cut just a single sheet nicely.

This is heavy to move around as I don’t have a dedicated area for it. But oh so well worth it. The first thing I did is put 50 sheets of cardstock 65 lb and it went right thru it! Absolutely worth it if you do multiples like I do!

Works really well, love the fact that it secures papers and cuts beautifully

I’m thrilled with its operation and tool weight overall. But I want to highlight a few concerns. First, the rubber feet on the bottom might not be screwed in properly and the wonky or partially set screws can scratch your work surface. Check them before you set it down and slide it on your desk. Second, the safety lever is useless: the machine operates with or without holding it down. No problem for me as it’s easier to use.

I hated to spend this much for a paper cutter and admittedly probably won’t get enough use out of it to justify the purchase but I love it. I’m a paper crafter with dreams of making and selling but to be honest probably will end up using it only casually for myself but it’s a great tool and I don’t regret the purchase. This company always produces good products
