Bought to rinse solar panels. Leaves the glass streak-free. Makes things easy. The included flexible bit is somewhat janky but I bought a pair of similar connectors that do work well.I’ve only used it once to rinse 30-odd panels and it’s unclear how much life I can get out of one cartridge. I’m sure I’ll eventually discover the answer to that extistential question.

The little hose thar came with it broken and not holding water. The nozzles seal fine at each end but the clear part of the hose itself has cracks/failures in it. Filter seems to work but I'll have to figure out another way to connect it.

The actual deonizer works fine. The connections are a little loose though and leak.

So the product does real good as far as not leaving waterspots but the hose is not crimped correctly and leaks from every single connection point. Toss the little 12" hose extension in the trash and voila no more leaks. I just put the canister straight on the hose then the nozzle after it, works great

The unit works ok but you have to attach it directly to the hose. if you use the extender it weeps badly and sprays water everywhere.

Works well to filter the water, but the hose attachment that came with it leaks a lot. Ended up just attaching nozel to the filter directly instead.

We consider 10gpg really soft here, what they base use from. Mine was 55gpg last I tested it, varies 50-55gpg. I can't get 20 rinses at 3 gal more like 2 and 3 probably pushing it. Not worth cost for me vs 2 or 3 gal sprayer with DI water from Zerowater filters using RO water to pre filter. Yes SUPER hard tap water will clog filter right away. Hose plug popped out of short hose attachment so be careful. Not WaterSentinel fault my water is so hard.

I recently bought a Black Ford F-150, the pollen and dust has been terrible this year. I was spending 20$ a week at the car wash so I decided to buy a power washer. After the first wash at home the mineral deposits on the truck made it look like I washed it at a chalk factory, white spots all over the truck. I ordered the filter and attached it to my power washer. After washing I was amazed at well the filter worked. Live in north east Pennsylvania and water is from a well, lots lf lime and other hard minerals in the water. I will definitely reorder this filter. Used it once so far so I'm not sure how long it will last but definitely worth the price. Sorry for not posting any pictures of the first wash without the filter

Years ago, my parents surprised me by buying me a Mr. Clean AutoDry kit. It came with the water gun, soap and a couple of filters. I used that set up for about 10 years before randomly shelving it. One day I broke it out, saw I was out of filters, went to buy more..... and discovered the product line was discontinued.I refuse to pay scalpers that are selling filters for the water gun, so I got rid of the kit, to the dismay of myself and my family members, who all used to have me wash their vehicles for them. As the years have gone by, we just go to the car wash. However, with my father finishing work on his freshly restored 1968 Z/28 Chevrolet Camaro and driving it around, we again have a need for a lower pressure water cleaning method for the car as he rightfully refuses to hit the car with a high pressure washer or take it through an automated car wash. This inline filter seemed the best avenue to go on, as the Mr. Clean AutoDry line shows no sign of revival. And I am very pleased to announce that this filter works ALMOST as well as the AutoDry gun did!Recently, due to some garage work, I had to leave my car, a 2011 Mazda3, parked outside. A brief, heavy rainstorm left my car completely covered in hard water spots. So I connected this filter to the hose tap, connected a hose to the other end of the filter, and literally just rinsed my car off. No soap, no wipedown, no drying, save for a short drive afterwards. This cleaned most of the water spotting off my car. Some spotting remains, but given I didn't use soap or wipe the car down, I was impressed.Encouraged by this, my father rolled the Camaro out. The car's front end was plastered with insect remains and he wanted to wax the paint. With my father rinsing, soaping, wiping and re-rinsing and me drying, we were able to get his Camaro (which is painted black!) very well cleaned up, with only a few very slight hard water drop stains on the paint. Waxing and polishing easily removed the spots.A crucial detail I forgot to discuss is water hardness. It may just be where we live, but our garden tap water is VERY hard, to the point drinking from a hose is discouraged. In the days of using my Mr. Clean AutoDry gun, one filter would last one to three washes, depending on the size of vehicle I washed and how dirty the vehicle was. So for this filter to remove so much of the minerals and other particles from the water is very impressive, and my father and I are very pleased with the results on our respective cars. So, that's one feature that I can't comment on...yet. I don't know how long this filter will last, given the hardness of our water. And as water conservation is being enforced where I live right now, my father and I will likely limit the use of garden tap water to watering the lawn, and with this filter, for only washing his Camaro when needed. However, unless the filter gives up the ghost very soon, I'll gladly buy another one when this one is used up.

A lot of work needed before this thing can be fitted properly to the tap. The supplied short hose was leaking like crazy and I had to use my own hose, connectors and a lot of teflon tape before the thing works without leaking.
