Got item that was put together wrong (maybe used and put back together wrong, not sure). Asked for a replacement. I had to put it together the correct way. Using it now, seems to be working, and still hoping I fixed it. Pretty angry about this. 😖 I’ll update this review asap. Update: been working great. Soft water test water weekly and it’s doing great!
