Our water softener was down so I ordered this part. It was supposed to be a 2 day delivery coming on a Friday. We kept getting messages when I tracked it saying "sorry it is late, if it doesn't arrive by the next day we can request our money back".This happened 3 or 4 times, finally it showed up and when I opened it up an o-ring was missing and the part was not assembled correctly!I fixed it and got proper o-rings and the softener is working. Don't buy from this place!

Thank God we found the Venturi that worked for our water softener. After calling Whirlpool and getting the run around, 6 different 800 numbers to call to no avail, checked out Amazon and voila. Our water softener is up and running again. Thank you.
