The lint screen on my kenmore dryer was long past needing to be replaced. This item fits well and appears to be durable enough that I doubt I will need another one in my remaining time among the living

Perfect fit for my dryer. It works well but the screen starts separating from the frame about 6 months into using it so had to replace it. Hopefully this one won't separate that fast.

This replacement part fit well, but has already broken. Says it's under warranty, but it's difficult to figure out how to get this part replaced. Junk.

This is sturdy and well made, but for some reason with my model dryer the lint that collected on the screen would slide off the screen, back into the dryer, when i pulled it out. The screen would come out completely clean! I dont know if the screen is too "slick" to make lint stick? This led to some other issues. The lint clumps were too heavy to blow out the vent, and ended up piling up, and clogging the vent near the dryer end, which because of my setup is extremely hard to get to in order to clear. I managed to jury rig my shop vac to free it up.I had saved the former (original) screen, from which the white handle had broken off, so I popped the white handle off of this one and was able to attach it to the original screen frame.I'm not saying this issue will happen to you, but it happened to me, and it was wierd.

This is a great replacement and I wish I had found it years before my original screen failed. Screens get worn and torn with sharp wire sticking out. In addition, dryer lint gucks them up to where you can't clean them well enough for maximum air flow. This one is so slick and cleans really easily. Clothes dry faster. Great replacement!
