The seller contacted me proactively to let me know the filter would be late. It was only 1 day outside of the delivery window, but I appreciated them reaching out through Amazon. I wasn’t sure if the lint catch would fit since my washer/dryer is an old stackable, but it fit perfectly. They left a note in the package that they would make things right if the product didn’t fit, was broken, etc. They also mentioned they were a small business which was a bonus.

I wanted to update my review. I had said I did not receive the product. It was delivered by a neighbor today. Thank you. Product is great. The bottom clip breaks fairly easy. This is my second one this year but it is in a rental house.

First product was received damaged. Was sent a replacement immediately. However product would not fit opening. Because this was a two piece part and I mostly needed the filter basket in stead of the filter housing, I just used the filter basket in the old filter housing.
