I couldn't believe how I was actually breaking a sweat just standing on this vibrating plate. It was easy to use, great quality and love how It comes with a remote control. It comes with different vibration levels and is very functional.

I have tried this product before during my light therapy sessions and thought it was awesome! I had to order one for myself. It’s easy to navigate and has several functions and work out programs. I highly suggest to use it not just for legs but also arms or upper body strength. It’s a great tool to use after the gym or even if you don’t go to the gym. A few minutes on this feel like a full work out!

I could really feel this in my thighs. At first I didn't think I needed the remote, but for safety reasons, it is probably a good idea because it can be difficult to turn off and on while standing on it.Cons: The cord isn't very long, so it has to be close to an outlet. The instructions aren't very clear, I'm still trying to figure all that out. It is also very heavy, so it might be harder for some to move it around.
