Love it. My original vibration plate was a lot smaller and worked great for lymphatic drainage but I couldn't work out on it. This works great. It's very stable, high and low vibration settings everything I could have asked for.

This is an outstanding tool! It can do so many things! The only reason I gave it a four was because the plug does not stay attached to the machine very well. It's a great value for your money and exercise benefits

This has been a great purchase, I stand and run around at work all day long, so to come home and use this has made my legs feel so much better after a long day. I’ve got some varicose veins on the back side of my leg around my knee, so this product helps with my blood circulation. Legs feel lighter, and when you use it in certain positions your whole body can feel lighter. I’ve been getting into lymphatic drainage and this is apart of my process for that! Even my boyfriend has been using it after his workouts and he loves it.There’s multiple levels of vibration and the book that came with it has some good tips and information. It’s very sturdy, remote makes it handy so you can change it while you’re on it. I can slide it under my bed when we aren’t using it, not too heavy so I can move it upstairs/downstairs. I honestly prefer to use it on hardwood floors, it’s got suction cups on the bottom. No issue on carpet, I just feel it deeper when used on hardwood floors!

The unit is heavier that anticipated and quality materials. It's quiet and performs well. I'm using it for bone density, toning and cellulite reduction, but it states that it does mich more!

I originally purchased this to help vibrate out my lymph glands after apply lymphatic cream. I have since broadened my use of this. It is a sturdy machine and easy to use, just plug and play. It comes with some great directions and is has increased my exercise movements. The vibration levels are easy to adjust and I can feel the benefits in my entire body when I use it as an exercise or stand on it after I exercise. I have felt and increased level of energy.

I'd read about vibration plates helping with a variety of ailments, but what interested me the most was that it works muscles that aren't usually worked due to the jostling back and forth and can even provide pain relief. Won't lie, was a bit skeptical but I have been proved wrong! I have tight muscles and a weaker right leg due to a birth deformity, and I experience pain in my ankle off and on. Having a permanently broken fibula doesn't help either! But using this, it helps loosen the muscles in my ankle, and my pain dissipates after a session. I can feel it working my foot and ankle muscles, and they're even sore after (the good kind of sore)! This plate is an easy way to get limber and relieve those tight, achy muscles.

LifePro vibration plate exercise machines should be in every home in the country, taking physicians recommendations into account, of course. It is truly life changing. In only twelve days of one 15 minute session per day on the lowest program mode and speed settings while just sitting in one of my favorite chairs and watching tv, I've lost belly fat, seen darkened veins lighten with some already disappearing, thereby improving my circulation, grown stronger with more energy, improved sleep enough to stop taking my melatonin pills and flattened my sinuses. It's been truly miraculous. I bought it for circulation in my legs since I don't get enough exercise or fresh air especially since the pandemic. But I received so much more. I had ankle surgery 3 months ago and saw something similar to this at my PT's office. Granted this doesn't get up to the Hz that one does but I like this for a few reasons.Because I have been off my feet to a large extent, (for a couple years) and the surgeon put a mesh in to anchor the foot (I have a drop foot as a result of perineal nerve damage)I started out just putting my feet on the machine to loosen up the muscles and get some blood flow going. Then I stood in the middle on the easiest setting. And you can tell it engages your core.I like to throw some heat on my leg afterward. I haven't had it long enough to get into a bunch of the other exercises but I have good feeling that I'll benefit from them!I can tell that it's already engaging muscles in my foot and ankle that have been dormant.My son workouts a lot and I want him to try it out and see if also helps him with muscle recovery etc.!There is a booklet that explains everything that you'll be able to check out. If you have balance issues, obviously grab a chair to hold onto and or make sure you have it on really easy levels!I will come back in a couple months and add to this as I get better.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!
