This is a high quality vibration plate with 3 vibration modes, not one vibration mode like most less expensive plates on the market. This was an expensive purchase but you pay more for high quality and to me it was worth it. It’s very easy to set up and use. It’s wide enough to stand on comfortably. The wrist band control is convenient and easy to use. No bending down to turn on or off and all intensity levels and vibration modes are on the comfortable wrist strap. It’s relatively quiet at lower levels but with high levels the vibration is quite strong on the floor even with the mat. It does have some weight to it but I have a dedicated area and don’t move it. I love using as it’s very relaxing to me. I haven’t owned it long enough to see all the benefits but bought it to help with back pain, restless legs, stronger bones, muscle tone, lymphatic drainage and overall health. So far I’m impressed and recommend to anyone looking for a vibration plate. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and so glad I picked a good one.

What an amazing peice of gym kit. I have the all black and it sits by the side of my sofa out of harms way, its so sleek looking yet it packs a punch for its output and what it can do for the body!!!! Tiny issue not having a remote inside but I'm awaiting a response from customer service, you can set it up manually however but I will pursue this matter still. It's still amazing, love the bands and mat you get with it, the online YouTube videos are very informative too from setting it up to using it for whatever goals you have. 😀

Last year, I fell and crushed my ankle and my lower leg exploded open. Due to the severity of the break, there was a high possibility of amputation. The lymphatic system in my leg was destroyed when they tried to repair my damaged ankle and insert all the hardware (which will never be removed).Bad circulation and feet and leg swelling has always been a problem for me, now my problem was worse. My foot zoner had me use her vibration plate and felt it made a difference and suggested I look into getting one.While I was willing to purchase the one she had for $3K, I wanted to make sure it really did work before I laid out that kind of money. So I looked around and found the LifePro Rumblex 4D Pro Vibration Plate.I can't believe the difference. I could tell a difference the first time I used it. Circulation has improved, feet are not as cold as they once were, I know that my lymphatic system is working, and I haven't suffered from my usual leg and ankle cramps. I can also tell a difference in my balance and leg strength.I use this 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before I go to bed. As the description states, it helps to relax and give you a good night's sleep. There are so many possibilities in how to use this machine, which makes it very versatile, so if you are unable to stand or have really bad balance, you can even sit in a chair and just place your feet on the machine to get benefit.This machine is very heavy duty and will hold up, has wheels making it easy to move around, but heavy and with the rubber feet, it won't move on you. While this machine is not silent, I was surprised at how quiet it is. I have it sitting on a rug and I can watch tv or talk on the phone with no trouble.The cost of this unit beats the $3K price tag of the one my friend has and I think they are comparable in every way.I highly recommend this product and I am so impressed with it and what it has done for me, I ordered one for my daughter.

I’ve seen this product on my feed for a while and thought it was just another gimmick. I pulled the trigger on a Black Friday sale and got it for $100 off!It is heavy duty! Made well. It’s quiet! I bought it for lymphatic drainage and joint support. So far so good! After using it I am several degrees hotter (in temp) lol it definitely gets the blood flowing and circulation pumping! After using it I noticed reduced pain when walking, this will definitely help in mobility!So far I’ve only used the programmed settings and I love it! I like that it goes back and forth between different vibrations. I will be using this every day!

Two weeks into my journey with the rumblex 4d pro. It is honestly crazy how much better I feel! I have been following Amber’s 30min workouts daily.(they are on YouTube and Facebook, there are also other instructors) I love Amber’s workout, I love how she pushes you and then dances so loosen up and back to pushing the burn, also love how motivating she is!I love how sturdy the platform is. After a few uses I have really figured out how to move freely on it and maintain my balance, with following the workouts there is a lot of toe taps while squatting or leg lifts or using sliders 1 leg on and 1 leg off the platform. At first I was wobbly and you could hear the suction cup bottom pop off the wood floors a bit (not tipping the platform, just breaking that suction and then going right back) now I know where to keep my center of gravity for the different movements and I am impressed with how much I can do.I am able to work out a lot harder than I ever have before without getting as sore. There was 1 day were I had to half the amount of weights I was using because I pushed a little too hard the day before but I recovered so quick! Getting on the platform that next day and going a little lighter allowed me to work that pain out and I felt so much better. I have also noticed that I am able to do more pushups and longer planks on the platform, I feel like it jiggles out the pain soI can keep going.My whole family is using it!My husband is doing daily workouts sometimes his own but also following some of Amber’s harder workouts. My kids are also in love. I have to limit their usage as they would stay on for hours if we let them. My 6yo daughter has started following some 10 minute kids workout videos, it’s impressive how she knows which movements to do on the platform and which she needs to move to the floor. Her balance has improved so much so quickly. She has a long way to learn the correct way to do the movements but she gives it her all and likes to do yoga after. My son is 4, the first week he was mostly standing on it and singing or sitting and playing with his cars. However this week, he has started to follow the workouts with me. He will stand beside or sit under me, he will use a 1.5lbs weight and follow the movements, grab a stretchy band and do the arm movements parallel to me on the other side of the platform. His favorite part is the Pilates squishy ball, so we slightly deflated one of their play balls for him and he will do his best to keep up.This is a fantastic platform, both the vibration platform and LifePro workouts on YouTube. A beautiful combo!
