The metal frame is sturdy and works well, the wood parts are solid and polished, but the connection to the resonator box get loose kind of easily, though it's very easy to tighten up the wingnut.I've honestly heard better, but it's still that fun sound and there's always a place for every sound, somewhere.

We have two percussionist in our house and so we collect instruments as they come our way. This virus slap is a fancy noise maker and it makes a lot of noise. I guess it’s gonna take a lot of practice to learn how to use it. I always have fun with these things and this one was a challenge to figure out. It’s a lot of fun though. And I am happy with this order.
