I'm really pleased with these braces (I purchased a Left and a Right). They are very comfortable AND provide sufficient support. They feel like a bear paw, in a way, because there is a lot of spongy material but that is what makes them comfortable.

I’ve tried several braces to try and ease the pain of De Quervain's tenosynovitis and this is by far the best for the value. I ordered a medium and it fits great! Easy to put on and off and doesn’t make my wrist or forearm sweat like others have. Seems to be of good quality so far. The thumb support is the best I’ve had out of the many braces I’ve tried. The only thing I have to complain about is that it’s digging into the top of my hand right under the knuckle of my pointer finger. It could be because it’s brand new so the piping is still pretty solid so I’m hoping once it’s broken in a little bit that stops. It’s not painful it just feels like a bruise is being pushed on but there’s no bruise there. I posted a pic of the mark it’s leaving. The brace isn’t too tight or anything (I made it very loose to test that theory) so as I said I’m thinking the piping is just very stiff since it’s brand new. Overall the pain is much less when I wake up than it has been in a very long time. Very happy with the stability of the brace!

I had a torn ligament and have inflamed tendons in my wrist and tried SO many different braces and compression sleeves and nothing provided as much pain relief and comfort as this one. It's very comfortable and secure and I love the palm cushion. My hand does get sweaty after a few hours but I just put a cotton sleeve on under it and it's fine. Of course there are inconveniences like the thumb support getting wet when you try to wash your hand or fingers and it makes it a little more challenging to type but nothing that can't be adapted to. Highly recommend.

Solid stays in place. Medium fits average size female and could easily work for male with the Velcro. Has all the right straps. Easy to apply, good support, works for Carpal Tunnel and deQuervan’s. I am using for tendon partial tear. good product

You wouldn't think that thumb strap would make that big a difference, but it does. I suffer from hyper extended thumbs (too much palming the basketball in my youth I guess), but this glove keeps the thumb straight. I wear it while sleeping and never had a problem, other than pulling the tabs too tight. I need to purchase a right hand model now, I definitely see a difference in my hands after a year of use. I've had other brands fall apart on me, but this glove is very well manufactured, great stitching, it's outlasted two of my "other" gloves on the right hand.

I needed something to stabilize my hand after cracking a bone. This does a great job and eliminates all pain since my hand is immobilized. I didn't need the thumb part so just cut it off, making it even more comfortable and letting me use my thumb. Also really like the stretch laces since they make the brace less bulky. I have a large woman's hand and the size small fits well.

I had sprained my wrist and my thumb area. Ordered a few different braces that unfortunately didn't work out prior to getting this one. This one was less expensive than the other ones, works better and has immensely helped me heal from my injury. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a wrist hand brace.

This is the second brace I tried for De Quervain's tenosynovitis and it definitely stabilizes the thumb/wrist; feels almost like having a cast. It was really an adjustment to sleeping while wearing it but it was fine. The velcro was sturdy and it seemed like a quality brace, but what didn't work for me was the fabrication and the bulk. It comes with these very thin white fingerless gloves--for lack of a better description--that you're supposed to wear under the brace; I didn't do that. But, the brace is very hot and maybe the glove is supposed to help with that? I tried wearing with the glove and it was too much for me. And without it the brace was entirely too hot to wear. My wrist would sweat and the brace would be soaking wet - pretty gross. Wish the fabric was more breathable.

This would be perfect if it were not made for a man’s hand and arm. I bought “Small” because supposedly it was made for someone with a small wrist like mine. Yet the thumb section is designed for a larger hand (it cuts into the area between the thumb and trigger finger), and the brace is much too long for a short woman’s forearm. I can only wear it for a few hours before it hurts too much and I have to remove it. But it does provide good stability and is well made. Why don’t they distinguish between a man’s size and a woman’s size? Men’s hands and arms are very different from women’s.

I have a pair of this. It helps me a lot the first week I used it. But as day goes by the velcro seems to not stick very well. I have had many braces with other brand that I used for years with great velcro. I will give 5 stars if the velcro is better.
