This brace was a life saver. I strained a muscle or inflamed a tendon in my wrist and although I'm not stranger to injuries, never had one above the belt so was pretty clueless on next steps. It dawned on me about a week too late to try a wrist brace. I travel quite a bit so was agitating my injury by hauling my overhead up and down on each trip. Not good. The brace was great in reminding me that I had an injury and not to use the hand and in terms of providing support and stabilization, worked excellent. I worked out with it on (strength training and cardio machines) lightly and now (2-3 weeks later) am not wearing it except for strength training and this is more precautionary. My injury/strain is still there but is healing and I owe much of it to this brace. It's comfortable and I have no issue working out with it on or when I was wearing during travel.

Here's a review for Copper Compression Ulnar Brace:"I'm incredibly impressed with the Copper Compression Ulnar Brace! It provides excellent support for my wrist and significantly reduces pain. The brace itself is very comfortable to wear all day long, and it's surprisingly easy to put on and adjust. I especially appreciate the supportive features that help stabilize my wrist and alleviate discomfort. The Copper Compression Ulnar Brace has been a game-changer for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing wrist pain. To top it off, I had a minor issue with my order, and the Customer Support team was exceptional in resolving it quickly and efficiently."Thank you Maria for your help and Compassion.

I am happy with the “Copper Compression Recovery Wrist Brace” would gladly purchase another one if it wears out or gets damaged. Here is the situation, I’m dealing with Tennis Elbow. Back in September 22 I started to notice elbow pain. I think it started after a kayak outing. By end of October, I was grimacing when picking up a gallon or milk and started to feel pain in my right hand as well. By the end of November, I was having an issue with using a computer mouse. A friend suggested an elbow brace that applies pressure below the elbow to immobilize the tendon and help it heal. That seemed to help some, but pain in my wrist continued to get more intense. After researching several wrist braces that looked rather bulky, I found this one that goes by the name "Copper Compression Recovery Wrist Brace”. I liked that it appeared to have a rather low profile as many looked like a brace you would need after breaking a wrist. They claim they use copper infused threads to make the brace anti-microbial. In other words, less likely to develop a smell. This one was about twice the price of the bulkier braces, but I liked the idea of it being low profile as I realized I might want to wear it while active. With the few days it took to arrive, I had to switch to left-handed mouse work as my right wrist became really sore. I’m a remote worker and at my stand-up desk about 10 hours a day. So, by the time the wrist brace arrived, I started the following remediation:• Moved my stand-up desk to an inch lower than my elbow. It had been a few inches below, and apparently, I was leaning on that wrist.• Set up my mouse for left-handed use (switch the button order) and started learning to be a lefty. I have to admin, lefty’s have it rough with all these devices designed for right-handed people.• Started wearing the wrist brace constantly, it reminded me to not grab things with my right hand, and especially to not twist right to left with my right hand.• After four weeks I was able to move back to right-handed mouse work as my wrist pain was subsiding. At my wife sit-down desk, I still depended on my left hand, as the desk is not height adjustable.• Took a steroid treatment prescribed from my doctor.• Started working with a local physical therapist to make sure any improvements stay permanent.Outcome, since this review is about the “Copper Compression Recovery Wrist Brace.”• The wrist brace is working. It keeps my hand immobilized. I wear it all day while working, driving, or doing other chores around the house.• The wrist brace is comfortable. It does not bind or get in the way.• No bad smells in the fabric, so maybe the copper thread helps.• FYI, I’m 5’9, 195 lb. and wear a 33/34 shirt size and got the right hand small/medium wrist brace. It is the right size for my build. I can button a shirt sleeve and keep the brace hidden while wearing.• As warmer weather returns, I expect will be wearing this while bicycling and kayaking and find out how well it stands up to abuse.• If something happens to this one or I find out I need two (one for water activities) , I will immediately order an identical.Suggestions for anyone with the same elbow and wrist issue:• Get an elbow brace.• Get this “Copper Compression Recovery Wrist Brace” and wear it all day.• Use a height adjustable desk.• Work with physical therapist and do the exercises.

OVERALL: This offers decent, moderate wrist support and fits well under work gloves. The support bar inside is moldable, so I've been able to adjust slightly to fit the curve of my hand. Appears to be pretty sturdy, though I haven't fully washed this yet (more below). For now this is my favorite go-to wrist support glove.FIT/SIZING: Doesn't pinch and fits fine at the thumb, doesn't rub me (a concern from other reviews). Maybe the thumb issue is tied to hand size - I'm medium for a woman and use small size work gloves (designed for men). The thumb area is actually a little too big, but since I wear gloves it's not noticeable and doesn't catch on anything. It might without gloves.CARPAL TUNNEL AID/COPPER HEALING ABILITY: I'm using this for carpal tunnel. Seems to help reduce the stress I'm placing on my wrist as I work, but I do need a litany of other aids to effectively treat this condition. I'm also using the copper compression gloves by this same manufacturer for sleeping, Honestly can't say I've seen improvement from just the copper. Have only been using a few weeks now, so maybe longer term use will show clearer results.CLEANING: Have been spot cleaning this with a soft brush and rag - cleans up find. Not sure how this would hold up to a full wash in the laundry (would probably put in a laundry bag to protect it and keep the velcro from sticking) Will try to update my review when I give it a full wash.

Cumple con lo que se necesita, podría ser un poco más cómodo sobre todo para los que tienen muñecas chicas.
