Well made wrist band but it is too small therefore not adjustable for me. Causes pain instead of helping me. Giving it a three because it is good quality. I doubt these would fit an average sized man.

These wrist braces are lightweight but provide good support. They fit well. They are comfortable to wear. I like that they fit just around the wrist. I don't like the feel of something on my hands while I'm sewing, which is when I need the braces. They are easy to adjust. They don't have any kind of chemical smell. They are low priced, an excellent bargain.

When these first arrived a few days ago, I immediately went to put them on and was disappointed that these were not like tennis wrist sweat bands, that is to say, you cannot just pull these over your wrist. No, they are open and you have to close the band manually with the provided velcro patches, after which you can take the tension belt to tight the closed band. There are two problems with this.First, it is tricky to try and close the band one-handed. At first I could not do it and thought I would return these. But after several attempts I managed it. However, I could not get a snug fit with the net result (problem 2) that when you try to tighten the band, it starts slipping around your wrist and therefore does not get tighter.After eventually getting the hang of, I got it to work just fine. But I still have to usually take more than one attempt to get it to fit snuggly before I tighten it with the tension ble.t And since iit is my right wrist which is sprained, I have to do this with my left hand which is awkward for me since I am right handed.So, be for warned getting a snug fit can be tricky. The sad thing is, almost all of the available wrist compression bands are like this one, i.e. they do not just pull over your wrist. there are a very few that fit over the and are in one piece but the work like a glove.I am wearing one of these bands as I type this. It is comfortable and appears to be doing the job for which it was designed. As for value for money, these cannot be beat. It has quality material and the design, such as it is, is good with the velcro patches in the right places.

I strained my right arm using poor body mechanics to lift some heavy things out of the back seat of my car. Then, after a week or so, I noticed that my right wrist was twinging, obviously I had stressed it in compensating for my arm. So I got this brace to forestall further strain on my wrist, and it has worked well. I read some criticism that it’s hard to put on, but I found one of the pleasures of using it is how easy it is to wrap, strap, and done! Also I like how small it is so I can keep it in my pocket or purse if I need it. My wrist is normal again, but my arm is still healing, so if I feel the slightest twinge start up in my wrist, I apply the brace and know it will help. Very satisfied!
