I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and my doctor recommended braces. I looked at a number of different options and went with this ones. I’m very glad i did. It is exactly what i needed. It is excellent quality and easy to use. You can adjust the straps for the pressure you prefer. It stabilizes the wrist with a metal piece on the underside. It’s easy to put on with one hand. The mesh material can get a bit hot depending on your activities but I feel like that is the case with any brace. You can hand wash it if needed. This was an excellent purchase for my needs.

Just like the one given me in ER. I bought one for my other wrist. Severe pain from arthritis. Very well made and comfortable. Adjust well for any size inside metal holds palm without any discomfort!

I had bought this for myself quite fewv time and also recommended to my patients with wrist problems. this one doesn't irritate the thumb as the ones you get from a specialist. it is very comfy

Absolutely Luv this wrist brace. I originally purchased one with two straps and it just didn’t give me the support that I needed.I would purchase this brace over and over again that how much I Luv it. Don’ t hesitate to order this wrist brace, it really works and I highly recommend it. Well made and at a very good price.

Ordered a s/m for my left hand and it fits perfect and works as well as the one I have for my right hand that I had gotten from my Dr. I can't tell the difference between this one and the one I got from my Dr. for fit, function and comfort

Es cómoda y no molesta. Yo la uso por la noche en ambas muñecas y mis dolores han remitido en seguida, eso sí, hace falta usarlas a diario para sanar completamente. Me dijo mi fisio que podía usarla el tiempo que yo quisiera siempre que fuera por la noche porque no se desgasta el músculo. Es verdad que te despiertas con una sensacion de tener la muñeca tonta, pero la mueves y calientas un poco y ya esta.Es una inversión que merece la pena, excepcionalmente si eres deportista y quieres asegurarte de que por la noche regeneras. Yo escalo y la verdad me las llevo incluso cuando duermo en la montaña. Ojo, no se puede sustituir por ejercicios de movilidad y fortalecimiento de muñecas!!! No es un objeto milagroso, te sirve para completar el cuidado de tus tendones pero no para sustituirlo por unas buenas prácticas. Si no tienes una rutina adecuada de estiramientos y control del entrenamiento acabarás con pezuñas pintando cuadros con los pies.Saludos y buenas practicas

My daughter plays a lot of tennis and this past season she ended up with a bit of tendinitis in her wrist. The school physio taped her, which helped during matches, and then gave her a loaner brace to use for a few weeks. It was a bit funky and the Velcro was losing its ability to Velcro, so we decided if this was going to be a "thing" we'd just get her her own to keep on hand. No pun intended. She says this is was more comfortable. It doesn't dig into her forearm and the thumb hole isn't awkward like on some braces.

尺骨突き上げ症候群という小指外側に倒してはいけない疾患でしばらく固定しないとならなくて、整形外科ではギプスのようなものに包帯を巻くものを使用するように言われていますが、仕事中はオーバーになってしまうので探していたところ、こちらを購入しました。しっかりフィットして固定されるため痛みが出ませんし、手のひらのくぼみにフィットするようにプラスチック状のものが中にあり、ズレません。3つベルトがあるのでしっかり固定。そこまで通気性は良くは無いので仕事中汗をかきますが、痛みが出ず良かったです！

My doctor recommended I order a brace like this to treat a strain from months ago that was getting worse, not better. I do not have carpal tunnel.I have a relatively small frame, and the small/medium is a perfect fit! Putting the brace on provided immediate relief, and after a week of wearing it, much of the pain is gone. I'm planning to wear it, non-stop, for at least 3 weeks to give the strained parts time to heal...My only negative comment (and the reason for less than a 5 star rating) is about where the seams for the edge binding meet at the base of my thumb. By the end of the 2nd or 3rd day, the slight roughness of the added bulk, right in a spot where there is additional pressure because of the bracing, had begun to really irritate my skin. I put a bandaid on my hand/wrist to cushion the spot that was being irritated, and that has fixed it.
