INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE WRIST STRAP ONTO THE CMC BRACE
Palm-side Strap: Insert the palm-side strap into the CMC brace from the outer slit. Secure it inward using the hook-and-loop fastener. This placement ensures that the fastener won't catch objects during daily activities.
Back-side Straps: Insert the two back-side straps into the CMC brace from the inner slits. Fasten them outward using the hook- and-loop fasteners. This placement allows for easy adjustment of the strap tightness to achieve your preferred fit.

Love these things they are great for my defective joints. Love that they now come in darker colors so the dirt doesn't show up after lots of use in the garden. They hold up well and you can wash them too.

Its too early to tell how helpful or effective this will be, however, I have large hands and the large size fit well, I've been wearing it at night and time will tell how effective it is, it is too early to tell yet, the product seems to be good quality and is fairly easy to put on

I bought this as a replacement for a larger brace. I like the smaller size it made it easier to use more of my hand. However even with wearing the light support band underneath the brace it’s very uncomfortable at the base of the thumb and the hard plastic rubs and causes an indent. I did still have pain at the base of my thumb while wearing the brace. I think with some more improvements and better material this could work. I was trying it to see if it was a good enough brace to not spend the money on the more expensive style. I will be sending it back.

As we get 'younger' and have little health things crop up, I've developed a little arthritis in my thumb joints and my Dr. recommended I try something like this. I bought the first and when I realized how well it works, bought one for the other hand. I don't wear them a lot but if I start feeling achy I'll put one on at night to avoid moving my hands in a way that aggravates the joint, doing that for a few nights usually helps quite a bit.The velcro makes it easy to adjust for your own fit, and the fabric liner makes it more comfortable overall.
