Love this fountain it was one of the only ones that I could find that has a large tank. Between three cats and two 8 month old Rottweiler mixed pups we go through water like crazy. I loved that it came with a quick dry mat to put underneath and it wasn’t a small mat that barely sticks out from underneath or one that you have to back up to one edge to have some coverage. My only con would be the placement of the water level window I would like it better on the long side of the fountain instead of where it is since how I have it I can’t see the window as it faces the wall and the longer side faces forward. But, so far that is my only complaint. It also came with several replacement filters and a replacement sponge filter for the pump.

I have 5 cats and one big big dog that all use this and it is still working great and it’s big and durable love it

Loving this fountain. By far the quietest one we have had. This is our third one and this brand is my fave so far. Holds A LOT of water and with dogs and cats both using it, I love the separate chamber at top for the cats (they love it too). The absorbing mat that came with it is very useful. It does not slide around and we no longer have water allover the floor! The amount of extra filters included with this beast is wonderful!!! And no gross little mesh bag like some fountains have. This also has a silicone tube connector for the pump and lid…so the pump stays put without useless suction cups. Nice and quiet as well but a soft humming so my blind kitty finds it easily if I have to move it temporarily. Fantastic fountain and supply bundle!! Love it!

This is a cool dog fountain. My dogs love it and it is very silent but trying to register it with the seller does not work and trying to get answers ends up with no response.

** UpdateThe company reached out to me and was willing to make it right with no issue or pressure. 5 Stars for customer service.*OriginalI bought this water fountain as a replacement for an older one due to the difficulty in finding water filters for it. Although I am happy for the size and amount of water it holds the pump itself can be heard from other rooms. Also as the water level gets lower the louder it gets. Im currently looking for replacement pumps to swap out with the original.

Seriously buy this one it’s great! I searched and checked reviews for months looking for a water fountain for our cat and dog. Looked in store and online and nothing was close to an old one we had that was great and just finally quit working after years.Our pets love this and it holds soooo much water! It’s great to not have to fill their water up daily. The filters and ease of use and cleaning is great with this.
