It works well and she likes it but it gets yucky pretty quick. It’s good to have a large supply of water though. Just have to clean it every week at least.

Big design flaw, you can't see how much water is in there. If you lift the top to look , it dumps water out the back.

Doesn't hold the amount of water stated, motor is halfway down the reservoir, it's decent, still functional, but I would like to no be filling up the water every 3 or 4 days just because the motor doesn't sit at the bottom. A longer supplied hose would be better.

Nice filters for my dog water bowl! Definitely helps with catching dog hair and other debris like sand from her dirty nose! Each one lasts for up to 2 months for me anyway! I rinse them off each time I refill and clean their water bowl. Comes with filter sponges as well. 1 for every 2 filters!

A decent sized dog fountain that is sufficiently tall to reduce the stain on my dog’s neck, while holding sufficient water that I don’t need to worry about it regularly. The fountain also appears to be made from decent quality materials and I suspect will be quite long lasting, however the filters seem to be proprietary so be aware of that, and note that it really needs to be plugged in for you to get the full effect, so it’ll have to be kept relatively close to a plug socket.Overall, I think this item is good for what it is, however it is a little on the pricier side.

I have no big complaints about this thing. It's big, real big, and holds a ton of water. The dish on top is very wide, so it's great if you have multiple dogs, or one big dog who might be particularly messy. My dog took to it immediately. The fountain noise can be scary to him, I find, but this one's quiet enough compared to others that it's not a pronounced problem and it became less applicable over time. If you have a less shy dog then this will be even less of a problem.Setting it up was pretty simple, basically just slotting everything where it needed to go and plugging it in, which is about what I expected. It's not the most visually appealing, but I don't really care personally. It's utilitarian, and it works. That's what I want from a dog bowl anyway. One thing to keep in mind is that the filters for this are available to buy, but are fairly expensive by water fountain standards. But considering they are for much bigger volumes of water than most fountains, perhaps that's justified. Either way, it's not a big expense for someone with large/multiple dogs, compared to things like their food, so it's not a huge deal, but it's something to keep in mind. And if you change out the water frequently enough, ideally it shouldn't be too much of a problem to go without anyway. Just make sure nothing big gets in the pump.I'm going to give this a tentative 5 stars, but if you're more strapped for cash, maybe bump it down to 4. It's a good product, but ~30 dollars a month on filters isn't nothing, and is something to be considered depending on your financial situation. Realistically, it's only the cost of like, one decently sized uber eats order, but if you're broke, well. You'll still get a good fountain, but you'll have to deal with the filtering situation somehow.

I received the water bowl and it came with four filters a cleaning brush and a scrubber...love the water container is food grade stainless steel. I have two dogs and five cats so I need a large water bowl. Three gallons is perfect! The only concern I have is the replacement filters. Where are they? Usually I can find them below the product page?

I have one giant dog plus several cats. They all love cat fountains but unfortunately the large dog was drinking all the water--not the case with this! The water capacity is perfect to last us for over a day. The lid/top has perfect depth for: a) large dog tongues, and b) capturing food bits. Food bits don't end up in reservoir which is so nice for clean up.Bonuses for concerned pet parents: it is technically elevated so it's more ergonomic for animals you are worried about arthritis/pain. It's also too tall for cats to play in, provided they aren't maine coon size.It also, honestly, looks so nice. Shiny metal and diamond-ish spout. Definitely the most aesthetic fountain they've had (when there isn't food bits).Update after a month: still pleased with this purchase! I only wish there was a mesh screen to filter water before it goes into the reservoir , so I will probably outfit something myself until the company does that. Our cats really enjoy the fountain (they think the spout is its own bowl) and our large dog is incapable of draining it. Still recommend! Each part is easy to clean and the filters are easy to replace. Not sure where to buy the black filter, but I’ll reach out to the company directly when it comes to it.

This machine is quiet. The flow is consistent, and it’s easy to maintain. I’m not cleaning up water all the time and my dog will drink from this instead of leading me to the sink all of the time.

Comes with everything it needs.Holds a lot of water. It is very smooth and doesn't make much noise. It stops when there isn't enough water in it.I would have liked to have the pump at the bottom instead of partway down.

The product advertises 3 gallons but the bottom third of the dish is below the minimum fill line so the pump doesn’t use that then there is the max fill line or the top floats so you are not getting 3 gallons of useful water. This is easy to clean but requires cleaning every day which defeats the purpose. I’m not sure that the filter does anything as I still have dog food pieces in both the top and bottom part of the bowl. This is advertised for multiple dogs but I still have to clean and refill it at least once a day, and sometimes twice. I would toss this for something new if it didn’t cost so much.
