The fountain is good. You have to change the filters frequently which shoul be mentioned in the product description. If you order it order an extra package of filters also. It took our cat awhile to get used to it. He is fine with it now.

I had a different water fountain, and when I didn't change the filter every two weeks, my cat would wind up with black mold in her water... which is nasty! Cleaning it with a tiny brush and all the cracks and crevices was a 15-20 minute process. And then it stopped working.I just got the new water fountain and ordered these filters. I couldn't believe how much simpler it was to change out the filters and clean the whole fountain. Took like 5 minutes. I have the Kassty fountain, and these filters fit it perfectly.

We have several cats and it can be challenging to keep their water Clean and Fresh. These filters definitely do their job. Even with four cats using the fountain off and on all day every day, and even though our local water is not the greatest, these filters definitely keep the fountains from getting funky or smelling nasty.

Bought the main product - then I bought the added filters, thinking it would last according to the reviews! However, the fountain stopped running after a month! Was going to post a review about the fountain but, it wouldn’t let me because it doesn’t think I’m a buyer - however, I am! So I had to post a review here on the filters site, just to let you know this is a real piece of Junk! Got rid of it & threw it out & went back to my old unit (which is a lot older) & much easier to clean! I wouldn’t buy this - because - (1) it’s hard to clean, & (2) it quit after a month! Buyer be wear - Amazon is not allowing reviews about this product on their site! Therefore, the current reviews could be misleading, not sure - but - it wouldn’t allow me to post a review about the it, even though I brought this piece of garbage!

I just purchased the water fountain the other day and fell in love with it. And saw that replacement filters were for sale so I decided to order them to have on hand. This filter set is complete with not only replace t filters, but also includes replacement water pump sponges and muffler sponges to ensure you can keep the water in the fountain clean and fresh.Recommend picking up these filters to have on hand for the water fountain.

They're just filter replacements. Nothing wrong or bad about filters. They do what they need to do.
