There are 2 keys for setting , default setting: Channel 21.
1. Set channel: Press inCH +in or inCH in to set the channel.
2. Drive frequency: Press inCH in 3 to select 4.5 , 5.5 , 6.0 , 6.5MHz.
3. TV format (PAL , NTSC): Press inCH +in 3 to select PAL , NTSC.

Well it doesn't work at all. You also have to google what channel to use with the corresponding RF modulator "channel." Way more work than its worth, not to mention it doesn't work lol.
