Step 1: Connect 5V1A with USB output power adapter;
Step 2: Set the channel switch to CH3 or CH4 and the modulator switch to on; (set to off, RFdoes not work);
Step 3: Connect RF and RF OUT;
Step 4: Connect the A/V input ;
Step 5: Turn on the TV to CH3 or CH4;

Going from HDMI to AV to RF on an old CRT. Works good, uses U.S. type plugs so no need for adapters.
