This device does not work properly. It will not recognize our Apple wired ear phones or aftermarket ear phones. Plugging it into the iPhone stops the music and once music is restarted this adapter causes the music player to stop after a few seconds. Could be some sort of internal short? It worked intermittently when first purchased but it sounded a bit odd from the beginning, now it's pretty much unusable. I spent 30 minutes today testing out every ear phone combination I own. No good! Purchased december 31 so too late to return and no way to contact seller. I highly recommend against purchasing this!

It was working fine for a couple of weeks, but then stopped. I was using it every morning for meditation for about 30 minutes. I exchanged it and am hoping the new one lasts much longer.The replacement was even worse than the original. Within the first week of use it started cracking during phone calls and then it would crackle really loud it hurts my ears every time I plug headphones in. Returned again and recommending save your energy and pass these by.

Most adapters either don’t work with audio or don’t work well. This is the only one I have found that worked well and which I use now on a daily basis.

Got a new iPhone 16 Pro Max after having an old iPhone for years. Instead of just buying a new pair of USB-C headphones, I thought I would save a few dollars and purchase an adapter.If I’m fairly still while using the adapter with my headphones, it works flawlessly. As soon as I start moving the phone around (such as going for a walk) the headphones start disconnecting and/or pausing the song.When they work, they work great. But the inconvenience of always having to unplug/plug in the adapter or resuming the song is annoying.

I tested this USB-C audio cable with my iPad pro 11 (2rd generation). It works perfect. This cable is not work for charging iPhone or iPad. The Saler mention correctly, and I agreed. If you are looking for the USB-C to lighting female Earphone Converter, this is the right one for you. It is a great product. I tested with adjust volume from iPad using different apps that need sound, and it work perfectly. I am happy with this.Thanks,

I had been looking for an adapter to allow me to use a Zoom iQ5 microphone (equipped with a Lightning Connector) with my current iPhone (utilizing a USB-c Connector). In my initial test of this adapter with my iPhone and iQ5, I was able to successfully record audio. This adapter appears to fulfill its intended purpose as described.UPDATE: Upon further use, I discovered that this adapter did not work with my iQ5 microphone. The test that I had done, it seems that the iPhone microphone had actually made the recording, not the iQ5. So I was incorrect when I first had said that this adapter worked with the iQ5. I have however tested this adapter with a pair of Apple wired EarPods (with a lightning connector). In this test the audio and control seems to pass through this adapter flawlessly. So if you are trying to connect headphones, this works well.
