Good for the price. I tend to break these a lot going to the gym, which is why I don’t buy the Apple ones anymore. But these are pretty sturdy! I don’t notice any change in sound and they’re really easy to use.

One dongle plainly does not work, the second dongle does not allow my Apple headphones to control volume, and does not adjust sound when I raise or lower it from my phone.

If you, like me, were wanting to use wired external headphones while on a phone call, then do not buy these. While they were the cheapest adapters at the time, they only let you listen to music or Youtube videos with it. Nothing else. The inline volume adjustment does not work, nor does the microphone. I do not believe these are actually MFi certified, despite what the listing says. In fact, if you search for WONGYEAH on Apples Authorized MFi list, you will see that this is NOT a certified brand. I think this is just a simple 3.5mm to Lightning converter, but actually does nothing. What DID work for phone calls as the Belkin RockStar Lightning Audio Cable and Charger. This was plug and play. However, it does have a 3-5 second delay before the headset actually starts working.
