Perfect fit. Easy to replace, works great. This replacement fan took less than five minutes to replace. Powerful and quiet. Very pleased so far.

Compatible with Broan exhaust fan that was way to loud. Just mount the deck & plug in the motor. Could not be happier!

Good air flow and quite operation. Fan was larger than the old one and took some careful manipulation to get into the fan housing. Once it is in it works great.

It is very quiet when it runs and was easy to install. But, the fan wobbles a lot. I expect this will affect the motor life eventually.

The model i had was discontinued in 2004 and this unit ended up being an exact fit. Was simple to install. Plus it is not as noisy as the original unit. Definitely recommend.
