This replacement fan for my NuTone bathroom exhaust fit was a quick and easy installation. It was great to replace the fan motor unit without having to replace the entire exhaust unit.

Received and installed today. Very easy to replace the old motor. Just unplug, unscrew one screw, remove the old unit screw side first (opposite side has two small tabs that slide out of their slots) by letting it drop down first at an angle, then pull it out of the slots. Put the new one in in the reverse order. The size of the metal frame in which the motor is mounted is 9" x 9". Wish the seller would include this vital piece of information. Reasonably quiet operation. Not sure about capacity or effectiveness yet since I just installed it.Update: I contacted seller before the purchase about adding the dimensions, which I see they did. This will benefit the seller and the purchaser.
