I have not used this to pull a fan blade off yet but I have high hopes for it. The aluminum section is a nicely made and clean tool. The other parts were greasy grimy in the box. Not that that’s a big deal but it’s a first impression.My first job is a small squirrel cage for a draft inducer so I hope it fits. I am waiting for the end of heating season ( if possible).

I ordered this product and it was defective so I returned and requested a replacement. The second one had the same problem as the first, so I will attempt to repair otherwise its junk. The main body is aluminum, so the screw end is threaded, and then a threaded steel insert installed in the aluminum for durability. The insert is locked in place and was screwed too deep into the body. This causes the coil insert to come out of the aluminum threads at the bottom, making it impossible to screw the long screw down past the insert. I will attempt to cut the 1/2 thread of the coil off with a small cutting stone to see if I can create enough clearance for the bolt to pass through and screw all the way down. I do not recomment anyone purchase this item. I am a mechanic so I think I can probably repair it but the average person will not have the necessary tools to even try to repair.

Used the hub puller to change a condenser fan motor on a 3 ton AC. Works great!! Very pleased with the cost and the overall function of this tool. It saves time and effort.

This thing works amazing! I always work on furnaces and change out a few motors a week. This little tool right here has been amazing! Make sure you oil the motor shaft down and clean it first. Toss this bad boy on there and tighten it up, get to tightening and in no time it will push the motor right out of the squirrel cage. Super easy to use and you cant beat the price! Same fuction as the name brand at the supply house at a bigger discount!

I have an old farm wind drain that I recently repaired the motor on. I could not get that blower fan blade off no matter what I tried. This tool slipped over the shaft and the 3 clips grabbed under each arm of the blade and it pulled it straight off. I think that was the real kicker. It needed to be pulled straight off and any variance would bind the shaft in the blade. Well this got it off and I got the wind drain repaired! Nice product!

I needed to replace my condenser fan motor, but the balde was tcuk on the shaft. I had tried oil, hammering etc with no luck, and a replacement is 2 to 3 weeks due to shipping. I ordered this tool to give it one last shot, and was pleasantly surprised! It has a very well made body that the blade hooks slot into, and once I slid it over the hub and grabbed the blades, the hooks locked into place. After just about a half a turn the blade started to make noise and slide off the shaft. It took about 5 minutes, after over an hour of unsuccessfully trying other method's, this toll did the job with ease. A great addition to my tool kit!
