I would leave zero if possible. Absolute GARBAGE. The threads on the pole spin to easily so you cannot get leverage while twisting. And after applying minimal tension the pole bends and eventually broke.

I have locked my keys in my car several times in the past few months and this product has helped me so much that I’m able to retrieve my keys and unlock my car when I lock my keys in it

Our truck door was replaced and we don't have a key for it. We just use the key fob to open it. It hadn't been driven so the battery died making entry impossible. Rather than calling a tow service, we decided to try this. After researching online, we settled on this product in spite of a few bad reviews for broken, missing, cheap items. When it came was were doubtful but opted to try. There are NO instructions! We watched a few videos on YouTube and proceeded to try. My son first tried to go in from the top with no success but all the videos showed from the side so he switched tactics and it opened right up.All our parts arrived intact. The items, especially the metal rods, appear to be strong and sturdy. The air bags seemed a little stiff but perhaps they are supposed to be. It comes in a nice storage bag. We are giving it 4 stars because there are no instructions, which would have been helpful, especially since the rods that screw together on the pull tool screw in the opposite direction. It took longer to figure that out than to actually open the door. We would definitely recommend this product.

Since my wife likes to leave her keys in a locked vehicle. I dont know if I like the product or the 1 hour long trips i have to take to break into her car. My favorite moment of all is when i got into the vehicle and the keys were not there. NOPE!!! She left them hanging on a shopping cart!!!! Good times!!!!
