I had always used needle nose pliers for fuses, and dealt with the slipping that happens for tight/stuck fuses, these pliers make the a cinch to get out and don't scratch up your fuses like needle nose pliers do. Not for everyone, but if you are pulling fuses often they are nice.

Modern automobiles have a lot of relays packed into small places which are very hard to remove. These pliers are able to get into the tight spaces and under the relay. Then they are easy to pull out of the socket. They are simple a tool made from stamped and riveted parts but they work well. I feel like a spring to hold them open would be a good feature to add. It would help your hand grip the pliers by having some opposing pressure. A little lubrication in the joint helps them operate more smoothly. They are seven dollars which is the average price I saw for similar pliers. A very handy tool at a good price. Highly recommended.
