Hook tips in two sizes and professional handle design allows removal of hard-to-get-at seals by getting under them. The tool is 12" long and the hook tip is double-secured (versus competitors’ designs) for durability. An extra blade is included and additional replacements (No. 4508-1) may be ordered.

If you do wheel bearings, this tool is most useful for popping out the rear bearing seal. Essential tool in my kit for this job.

Needed it to remove some very stubborn seals. The seals gave out before the tool did. Not sure I could have gotten them out without it. Quick tip - put the hub back in the rim with a couple of lug nuts to help secure the hub while you remove the seals.

Just as advertised, not much to it really. If you need a seal puller, this is a decent one.

I'm giving it 4 stars because it looks like it was used and it was a return and re package. Other than that the thickness of the claw seems much sturdier compared to the OEM tool I bought from Autozone, the one from Autozone as soon as I used it it bent both hooks with very little force. I will add to this review as I will be using it on replacing the tail shaft seal on my 08 tacoma.I will also add pictures of the OEM brand and this one, so you can see the difference in Quality.

This is solid tool that makes one specific job really easy. I used it to pull the pinion seal on my truck’s rear diff. Worked effortlessly.

Quick shipping. Definately the most sturdy seal puller ive used. This is definately a career mechanics type of seal puller. Being a mechanic and having used lots of different ones this ones just extremely heavy duty and the pick bites the seals awesome. This has already paid for itself in the time ive saved at work!
