The bolts that attach the brackets are only 1 1/8” long. You have to go through a lock washer, a washer, the bracket then the side of the trailer and attach a nut on the inside. Unless your walls are 3/8” thick these bolts are not going to work. Also if the trailer has any edging around the top you will need some spacers. The rack goes together easily but not so much when attaching it to the trailer.

Got this from my ladders instead of having them inside my trailer it was more convenient too have them on top. Overall it’s durable and holds and no movement I personally but longer screws as the ones that come with it are too small for my likely recommend longer so it’s inside the trailer and no movement compared to the small screws it was moving when I put my ladders on top so I just put universal long screws and it’s working as a construction guy here! This took me about 1 hour and half to assemble especially with all the screws and connecting all the parts but over does what I need it too do

Very strong and easy to install ,I got it to my 5x8 trailers.Screws could be longer 2 1/2 inch to go through the metal frame, also have something to connect straps .

Quality product....beautiful welds, first rate powder coating (I bought the silver ones), you can't put them together incorrectly, they only go together one way. I had to cut mine down to fit on my truck camper and re-drill multiple holes. I have no doubt they will support their 800# claim and will last for a long, long time. I highly recommend them!
