This thing will not clear my high top, the image in the ad seems much bigger than the one I received. Still have not received any response from seller

Order a set 2021 part fit great. Ordered again part returned twice because parts did not match holes. Vertical legs were much shorter but rest of part were good. Short legs holes did not line up with parts. Parts in kit are from two different items.

Seriously I bought this in 2021 and it had different dimensions. If you scan down to the reviews you can see how tall they used to be . It’s mounted on a high top conversion. I just opened the box and is not even a comparison. Why is the current model shorter. Just received this to start my solar and I’m sober bummed it’s not the same .

The holes predrilled on the gutter mount are terrible and no predrilled hoes for the crossbar mounts. $55 return shipping fee.

Not a single hole line up !!!!!! Had to redrill every hole !!! Do not buy!!!! Find a different company!!!!!I need another one but I'm not ordering it for here!!!!

I am a female and installed this on my van With little trouble. I did have the benefit of a drill press to punch holes in the bars which gives the height. Just need to measure one bar for height of cross bars and make them uniform. So i dont have the experience of drilling through by hand, but i am sure with care that can be done fine.I installed post measuring by myself. Pretty easy with online directions. The paper ones included arent very good, but not much to it so dont blame them for give a simple jist. The base plate That secures where it attached to the side of the van was my only baffle. Which way does it go on? Figured it out with a close up image online. Ok! So all was GOOD EXCEPT one thing. My topper isnt perfectly straight from install. So a millimeter off And you’re squishing the rail of the upper into the wedge/lip of the van. Being a GIRL and weaker than a man and doing it by myself might be my cause for struggle. I was able to improvise and it only happened on one plate, I found the threads of the plate bolts just shy of being able to get a catch from the nuts good enough to tighten. They were short. It would be safer to make the bolts like 5 millimeters longer To be safe. HOWEVER, this is how i fixed the problem. I took a longer bolt. Threaded some nuts on it to shorten it, put it through the hole, gave it a good closing crank down, and the plate molded juuust enough with the bending to get an extra thread in there and catch the nut. I was able to get it, but wouldnt have if i didnt think about using an improvised bolt to bend the plate. But like i said, i am a girl putting it up by myself. VERY STURDY after up. Going to put solar panels on this passenger van i converted to a mini home. Maybe I’ll update this when all is final.ON A SIDE NOTE! Which others MAY want to do. I used a chop saw with a metal blade cutter and shortened the height so it would clear under 9 feet! So the pictures ARE with the height bar shortened after install! Took a few inches off.I put the culprit bolt with me pointing to it in images. A LITTLE LONGER will avoid all problems, but i got it! Its a custom bolt so you need it to work!I could not find another rack that fit my van either. Went to a Topper And Rack company and they couldnt help me. I thought that was strange since they are specialists, but found this. Its like the only one i could find out there. SO VERY HAPPY AT LEASt They HAVE ONE OPTION OUT THERE!Did four stars because everyone likes to look at the “problem”. But good review over all. I AM 5 star happy when all DONE.
