Simple, lightweight, sturdy and easy to put together. 30mn to install. Could have been a bit quicker with a deep well socket. Fits my 2006 Colorado.

Im very pleased with this item. For 150 bucks it’s hard to beat. It’s decent quality, I’m sure it will hold my kayaks just fine. I see some other whining about it being scratched up and what not… it comes from China. It’s gonna go on a truck and it’s 154 dollars. Quit being a whiner.

One man install; fits any truck, carries weight w/o swaying. Wish I'd seen these 30 years ago. Terrific advantage: lack of weight. Hardly weights anything, does not "kill" your fuel mileage!!!!!!!!!!

Rack was pretty straight forward to install. Feels pretty solid for a 'universal fit' rack. Very adjustable. I followed the suggestion of another person and put 3M grip tape where the clamps attach, to help keep them from slipping. My only minor complaint is, when sliding in the top bar and centering it, it is really easy to scratch it. Inside of tube where it slips in clearly has really sharp edges. But it's a rack and will get scratched as I use it so it is what it is. I'd definitely recommend it overall for carrying lightweight stuff.

Able to safely get equipment in the truck. Keeps it sturdy and organized. Truck looks great, whether racks are working hard or simply looking great, I always get compliments. I can fit more things and look great while doing it. Installation was pretty straightforward.

My wife and I are RV travelers. We purchased these racks to enable carrying our kayaks while towing our camper. I looked at many comparable racks and usually balked at the price. AA has come up with a set of racks that exceeded our expectations. These racks are high quality yet simple in their construction. They come well packaged and finished down to every clamp and piece of hardware. Once they are set to your vehicle, they can be installed or removed in about 15 minutes. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I wanted a way to carry 3 or 4 kayaks on my truck and still have room for fishing gear, cooler and supplies. I didn't want something I had to drill holes in my truck for and permanently mount. At this price, it exceeds my expectations. It's easy to assemble, easy to install and uninstall and it comes with the only tools you need and all the parts. If you are looking for something to used for work to haul ladders, parts, building material, this isn't it but if you expect it to be at a 149 bucks, you are fooling yourself. In my opinion, it's great for it's purpose.

I bought this so I could load up stuff to move across country, but also for the kayak rack. The kayak fits in my truck bed (2017, F250, 8' long bed) but I needed the space for hauling room. I attached wood siding to raise the walls of the truck bed up. This had a few extra bonus features--a little extra privacy since the sides were now higher and I could stack cargo higher--which was my main reason, and then I attached cargo hooks so I could have extra tie downs for my cargo net. (tie down loops and cargo net were both purchased on amazon. As for the actual rack, I love it. For the rack hardware--I drilled through the brackets where you mount the top racks onto the main vertical bars, and I also drilled through the cross bars that my kayak sits on. The hardware it came with seems adequate, but driving 2000 miles, I didn't want to risk or have to be concerned with, anything coming loose--so I added screws that went all the way through. I also added lock washers and a regular washer to each of the bed rail mounting bolts. The way the truck rails were designed on this f250, I couldn't mount bolts any farther towards the outside of the bed than what you see pictured, due to the inside metal of the bed. However, these held and are still holding well--I plan to leave them on indefinitely at this point.I did have friend help me install it, probably could've done it alone, but it was easier with a couple extra hands.Overall, I'm soooo pleased with this rack. I really dig the idea! :) I would totally buy this again!
