It's a terd. The main issue is that it doesn't come with the proper hardware and instead they replaced the locking nuts with drop ins and they do NOT hold. Save your money this is not a safe rack.

The directions are completely wrong for drilling! If you drill your nine holes will be way to large for the size drill bit it says to use. Because now my holes were to big I had to go out and buy bigger hardware and drill out some of the metal to get the new bolts to fit. While more a pain in the but I feel like the bigger hardware works better and I feel safer that it won’t break. I had the bed Rhino Lined and had them cover the braces to make it all look like it’s factory. So again use bigger hardware and drill holes for that or use their hardware and find the correct drill bit size.

Anybody who doesn’t realize the value of this product simply doesn’t understand how it’s made and or it’s function. I am a home builder and a machine tool designer and I can say with complete confidence that this product exceeded my expectation. The supplied fasteners may not be what you’ll use to install it but if you can’t figure out how to apply it to your vehicle, you have no business owning or using this product.

Seems sturdy, got it 5 days early, but cannot install because the rivnut tool was not included when the packaging says it’s included.

The only thing wrong with this product in, they need to include two more bolts. This thing has been one of the best products I have ever bought for my company. It took me a while to understand the instruction (horrid), but I can figure that stuff out.

How does this product have four stars when the majority of reviews are terrible? Trust me, this is the biggest piece of garbage product you will ever come by. DO NOT BUY this ladder rack. DO NOT BUY this ladder rack. I should have read the other review where the guy said this. And yet, I thought that I could make it work. Now I'm stuck with trying to return this pile of garbage. Support arms are bent, misaligned, hardware does not suit the task, construction is generally pathetic and the absolute worst instructions on earth. I mean this is a BetterBusinessBureau type of disgust. Make you lose sleep type of product.

I bought these ladder racks for my husband for Fathers Day and he loves them. He likes that he can simply take the rack out of the bottom when he doesn't need them. Also, it is easy to put back in when he wants them. They are sturdy built and do the job!
