My charger that came with my new car in 2013 had been replaced by Ford due to a recall. The replacement just stopped charging my car after several years. When I inquired about getting a replacement, I was quoted over $400! I love my plug in hybrid and I have about a 5 mile commute to work, and with nightly charging I only buy gas about 4-5 times a year! I was skeptical about buying a charger not only from Amazon but with the difference in price. I was pleasantly surprised! Charging cord is a great value and the only problem I have encountered thus far is I noticed a cut in the housing that protects the wiring of the cord. Of note: I don't have a garage and I use the regular conduit of my covered porch to plug it in. So the cord is exposed to the elements and it's possible that it was run over as we have multiple vehicles in our driveway. I simply mentioned to my husband and it's been working fine with a couple layers of electrical tape protecting the area. Only giving 4 stars as it seems like it is a bit smaller in diameter so maybe there's less insulation protection. Otherwise fantastic I believe I paid about $150! If it stops working I will buy another one!

It's nice to be able to plug in anywhere to keep my wife's Ioniq topped up if we go a bit farther than planned, or maybe do an overnight at a relative's house, so this charger is working out well as a tote-along. It's small and fits in its little bag. We don't keep it in the car all the time, but we could without taking up too much space.It does the full 16 Amps it's rated for, which isn't all that much in the scope of EV charging, but on a short overnight charge it adds 200+ miles of range for us. I'm happy with it and recommend it - built well and provides the extra boost we sometimes need.

Works great and comes with a storage bag. It charges about 5 miles per hour and that with using the adapter to charge my TMY.

We are getting EVs assigned at work and it's a split fleet of Bolts and Teslas 3, my employer doesn't supply a charger and they expect that we charge our vehicles at the office, but with only 6 chargers for the whole building that's not an option unless you get there at 4:30am, everybody has had to buy or borrow a charger and here i am.I wanted a Portable Charger that i could use anywhere with a Circuit that Support both Level 1 and Level 2 Amperages, so far i only have access to Level 1 Connections at Home but it's well enough to fully charge the Vehicle Overnight.Operation is extremely straightforward and while i got the 3.5KW version, that has no display on board (the vehicle still displays a time estimation based on rate of charge) the circle status LED indicates when it in operation.The storage bag is decent as an organizer to keep it in the trunk as you never know when you're going to need it.Everything feels sturdy and it's IP65 rated which means that when used properly it'll withstand rain and water splashes.Overall i am happy with the rate of charge as i'm only using it on a Level 1 Circuit, and it feels very well built. Operation is simple and i've been using around 3 times a week when the vehicle needs charging.
