Appears to be heavy duty and well constructed. Easy to use and worth the money. Customer service is excellent. I did have some problems but Seguma replied quickly and took care of the problem what more can you ask.

We have purchased two of these. When we purchased the first one it was originally planned to be used when traveling and/or as a backup. However, as we were waiting to secure an electrician to install a hardwired charger (challenging due to combination of ice, snow, Christmas and New Year holidays for several electricians), we used our first Seguma charger for regular charging. It worked very well for what we needed, slow but expected due to working off the 110. However, by the time the electrician had been able to make it we decided to go with just a dryer outlet and use the AOWEITOUR 30 Amp NEMA 10-30P Dryer Plug to 20 Amp NEMA 6-20R EV Power Adapter, and it works great, the electrician confirmed it is a safe setup, and the vehicle charges at 16 Amp, very quick charging. So, we purchased a second one to use for traveling. We also then purchased the PeoMev Metal Garden Hose Holder which works perfectly to hang the coiled cable. Our experience it is an excellent charger, especially for the cost and portability.

No need to spend twice the money because this product works perfectly. In fact the price is so reasonable, we can afford to buy two of them, one to keep in the vehicle and one to keep at home. I always get an 80% charge overnight while plugged into a 120 volt circuit.

This charger doesn’t work. After I plugged it in my Model Y Tesla, the light on the charger was blue but the Tesla screen said “doesn’t recognize external charger”. I tried it a few times with different outlets but couldn’t get it to charge.

Just a great product overall for the price and quality of the charger and the 25 foot cable for extra extension when needed.Had about 6 months and had a issue with it connecting to my vechicle.No error lights on charger base that displays and error codes,just wouldn't connect at times.Contacted seguma gave them all information on issue I was having they contacted me back in a timely manner with some things to attempt to try,It still didn't resolve the issue,I thought I would have to come outta pocket to replace it but seguma representative reach out and asked me to email all info.from my purchase order sent info and received email next day said they have sent another one out,the thing is I didn't even purchase a warranty unless one was already with it anyway or anther they resolved the issue for me without me even asking them to replace it.Greatly appreciated,thanks I enjoy quality and convience of the product and your knowledge of your team.Enjoy.

This charger is great! It charges faster than the Tesla one that came with my car and the cord is longer so it reaches my car without having to back in to my long driveway.

I didn't have the electrical ability in my garage for the heavy duty level 2 charging so this worked perfect. Level 1 is quite slow at 3-4 miles per hour charge. I had to install a new electrical box for the 240V outlet and it pumps out 10-12 mph which is really nice. Both would charge overnight just fine since I don't drive much but the level 2 is better for most people. I wish it had some sort of hanger for the cord when you are done charging.

I just purchased this charger for my Tesla Model 3 as I needed an additional charger for when I travel and this one works perfectly! It is the epitome of efficiency and convenience all rolled into one. It works just like the one you buy from Tesla.This charger packs a serious punch when it comes to charging your EV while being able to take it with you in an emergency. It comes with a sleek little carrying bag and both 5-15 (Level 1) and the 6-20 (Level 2) charging plugs.It looks very durable and the cord is super long (25 FT) so I don’t need to be too close to an outlet, also nice and thick. Definitely a great deal on Amazon and never have to worry about being without power as long as you have an outlet to plug in to.

Missing a plastic cap on charger .Got snow inside and froze 😕.Had to bring inside to unfreeze, worked fine afterwards.

I’m using this to keep in my car strictly for L1 (115V/15A) when I’m at work or someone’s house. Can draw the full 12A. Seems well enough built: heavy gauge cord and is cUL approved.Works just like the OEM in the sense that you can push the button on it and it will open the port door. The cable isn’t quite as flexible (in the cold anyway) but it’s also like half the price.It’d be nice to have an angled plug though. That’s my only real complaint.
