Like most items sold today, good idea that wasn't fully thought out. Probably work well for lots of people but has problems, for me anyway. Like some others mentioned it's going to walk on you. I had sone scrap boards a 2x4 and a couple of 1X's against a wall stopped that. Fortunately, there's a receptacle right in front of me so I don't have to deal with practically inaccessible off/on switch. Why in the world is it not on top?? My size 12 EEE extra deep diabetic shoes either hit the wall or the back brace on the unit. [putting the boards in front helped this] Pedals not long or wide enough and my shoes catch the shaft where it comes out the side. Longer pedals would have helped this, I think. But I'm using it and will probably help me. I had a 20 year old hip replacement wear out in 2016 and when they did the revision it became infected. I went 9 month without a hip joint. Now I have a knee going bad, same side. so my problems might not reflect on others using this. Anyway, I'm going with 4 stars --- 5 stars for a good idea and 3 stars for not making it right.

This pedal exerciser is super quiet, making it ideal for use at home or in the office. The build quality is excellent, and it’s very easy to assemble and operate. Whether for legs or arms, it provides a great workout without taking up too much space.

There are so many of these exercise bikes to choose from so here are a few things I like about this one. It’s made well , not so cheap flimsy thing. It’s sturdy when you use it. It’s reasonably priced. It was easy to assemble. I like that it has different opinions to use manually or with assistance so even my 84 year old mother can use it. It also has reverse mode.

This under the desk exercise bike is exactly what I needed to get myself going during the workday. I sit at a desk all day and my feet swell up and I gain weight. This fits so well under my desk and I can use it whenever I want to. It is quiet so it does not disturb my other coworkers. It was so easy to set up and get it adjusted to fit my needs. I love the design of it and it even has a remote so I don't have to lean down every time I want to use it. The remote even has a special holder if you want to use that. I can go forward or backward with ease. The levels really work me when I turn them up or I can use the lowest setting to just keep my legs moving. The touch screen works well and tells me my speed and time which is a great option many other bikes do not have.. I can even use it while in the couch or many other places.

I’m working on increasing my activity levels and in step challenges. I’ve been sick and this is perfect to be able to sit and exercise. My heart rate still elevates to exercise levels and I get my steps in. I love this! It also has different speeds. Super lightweight to move around as well. I work from home so this is so helpful. Has a remote as well to adjust it.

It’s compact, quiet, and perfect for getting some light exercise while working. The adjustable resistance levels let me customize my workout, and the smooth pedaling motion doesn’t disrupt my workflow. It’s a bit challenging to assemble, but overall, it’s a solid and efficient piece of equipment for staying active throughout the day. Highly recommend!
