Doesn’t come with directions and you would think it’s as easy as slipping in and going but it’s actually very unclear. Hard to use especially after surgery.

I had my knee replaced and this has been such a hep in doing the necessary exercises to recover. It gives you the extra push to get a little further when doing the exercises

As I mentioned in the heading, this is a pretty basic item, a strap that is made to help you stretch. This strap is great as the handles are actual handles not just a loop in the strap and there is a larger section for your foot, again, not just the strap which makes this much more comfortable.Other stretching straps have loops along the strap and you go up or down a loop to adjust the length which provides a few different lengths and this strap has the adjustable buckle that allows infinite length choices including allowing you to select the exact length that is best for you.

I purchased this because I have been having some soreness in my leg muscles lately, and wanted to find something to help me exercise my legs in the morning. I found it to be a really solid and easy to use product. The tension on these provides the perfect resistance for stretching my legs. The only thing I didn't like was the handles. The hard plastic handles on these, in addition to the awkward shape, made them somewhat difficult and painful to hold. This was not too huge a deal for me, but if you are someone who has arthritis or has problems with gripping, you might want to think about adding padding, or purchasing a similar product that is more comfortable to hold.It isn't bad for the price. But it definitely could be a lot better.

I originally ordered this knee exerciser to help keep my knee joints flexible throughout the winter months when I am not as active on my feet. This sturdy exerciser can be used as you sit and watch TV and the involvement of the arm action can't help but exercise and tone your arms as well. The exerciser can be used in other ways as well. My elderly mother recently broke her hip and while she is recovering pretty well, she still has difficulty lifting her bad leg onto the bed or dragging it into the car. The exerciser allows her to lift/assist the gimpy leg and she can do so independently and at a speed that doesn't create more pain or discomfort than necessary. Between the two of us, this exercise gadget is going to get a lot of use.

This stretching strap is made of a good-quality knit material that is somewhat elastic, which is good because it will help to prevent over-stretching. The foot strap is wide and has a strong velcro attachment to hold it closed. I mostly have used this for hamstring stretches. I found it to be a bit long as the distance to your foot shortens as you raise your leg, so I have adjusted it quite bit shorter than its original length. Once I adjusted the length it works well for the hamstring stretches. The handles make it more comfortable to hold a long stretch than a plain elastic band or a belt. The loop that holds the foot strap on the stretch band is quite wide, so the strap can slide around quite a bit as you stretch. For this reason I would not recommend it for calf stretches, it is hard to hold the strap in place near your toes.

This is a well made stretchy band that’s adjustable and has handles. I used something similar to this at physical therapy so I really like this and find it useful. It has a pad with Velcro for your foot and this is great for older people who aren’t as agile but good for everyone. The alternative is to use those plastic bands which work well but they all end up tearing up after some time. This in comparison is much better and sturdy. It also comes with a bag to keep it tidy.
