I'm in my 60's, am definitely sedentary and have back and knee issues, so it limits the types of exercise I can do satisfactorily without hurting myself. I really needed to exercise my legs more and this worked out as a good solution for me. My legs had gotten atrophied to the point of limping and having serious knee pain, so this bike pedal exerciser was perfect as it's good for beginners and the elderly. I can now do low resistance bike pedaling exercising indoors while I'm safely seated in my chair and can even watch tv while I'm doing it. This does require some assembly, and although it seems straightforward, I immediately got stuck on the very first step because the metal tubes wouldn't align and the screw wouldn't catch to tighten. After some initial frustration, I got a flashlight and looked down the metal tube, and the piece that you need to screw into had fallen inside down the other end, so once I got that figured out, the rest went much easier. I had a little difficulty getting the pull pin installed, but I just had to hold down the little nub to make it slide in, and I imagine I'll have the same issue removing it, but that's only if you want to fold the machine, which I don't intend on doing. The height and pedal straps are adjustable and it does have adjustable resistance, so you can set it to where you're the most comfortable. It has an LED display to monitor your progress with time, counter, and calorie settings and it comes with a small floor mat and carry strap. You can also do arm pedaling exercises just as easily, so you can strengthen both your legs and your arms with this one machine. It really is an affordable, convenient and safe way to get in those extra steps and strengthen your muscles, help relieve muscle fatigue and joint pain all while watching tv or reading a book in the comfort of your home.

I’ve been using this Mini Exercise Bike for a few weeks and it’s been a great addition to my home office setup. The compact design fits perfectly under my desk, so I can easily pedal while I work. Whether I’m sitting at my desk or reading, I can get a low-impact workout without interrupting my tasks. It’s incredibly quiet, which is a huge bonus when I’m working from home - it doesn’t disturb my focus at all.The adjustable strap loop is a nice touch, making it easy to use for both arm and leg exercises. I’ve been switching between pedaling for a leg workout and using the handles for some arm exercises, and it really helps with muscle strength and circulation. The resistance is adjustable, so I can increase the intensity as I get stronger or choose a lighter level for a gentler workout.I also appreciate the LCD screen, which keeps track of my time, speed, distance, and calories burned. It’s motivating to see the progress as I go! Overall, this under desk pedal exerciser is a great option for anyone looking to add some exercise to their day without needing extra space or time. It’s perfect for beginners, and I can already feel the benefits of incorporating it into my routine.

I got this for my mom who's elderly and has very weak legs/knees to exercise with while she's sitting down. The whole thing was very easy to assemble, I actually put it together without even looking at the instruction booklet. You basically just screw in the knobs and the knobs loosen for you to adjust height, etc. The timer thing clips on and isn't plugged in or anything so I'm not quite sure how it knows how many rotations I did but the counter did go up with each pedal so it works. It also came with something like a shelf liner for you to put underneath to prevent sliding on the floor. It's not super heavy, so if the user is big then I can see it sliding. It works great and my mom is happy. The only minor complaint is that the pedal straps flip over all the time so the user has to physically bend over to hold them in place prior to inserting their foot. That's a little difficult for my mom because she cannot bend well

I'm embarrassed to say, this thing took way too long to put together! The instructions were terrible, with simple line images that didn't offer any close-up view of what the instructions were actually referencing. After roughly an hour of trial and error, I got it put together and working. My teens and I use it frequently, but it doesn't offer an ergonomic peddling movement because the peddle arms are really short, so my legs jerk around and the peddling isn't smooth most of the time. But it does work, and it doesn't take up much space at all (about the size of a door mat). Considering it's less than $40, i think its quality reflects the price.

I purchased the Sportneer Portable Under Desk Pedal Exerciser for my husband to use after his shoulder replacement surgery. Instead of placing it on the floor, we set it on a table so he can pedal with his hands, which will be great for working on his rotator cuff and building arm strength. The low resistance is perfect for his rehabilitation, offering a gentle yet effective way to improve mobility and strength without straining his shoulder. It mimics the machines used in physical therapy and provides the added convenience of being able to use it at home.A standout feature is the digital counter, which tracks the number of rotations—this has been incredibly helpful in keeping track of his progress and ensuring that rehab goals are met. The compact, folding design makes it easy to store when not in use, and it's quiet enough that he can pedal while working or relaxing without distraction. The adjustable resistance allows him to gradually increase intensity as his strength improves, and overall, this pedal exerciser has been a valuable addition to his recovery routine. However, when I tested it for its intended purpose (cycling under the desk), it didn’t work as well as I had hoped. The exerciser slid across the floor several times during my attempts, even with the included liner underneath it. We have hardwood floors, so that may be a factor, but I don’t think the machine is weighted enough to stay in place when used as a foot pedal exerciser. I’m also fairly strong in my legs, which may have contributed to this issue. That being said, if you’re looking for something to aid in shoulder or arm rehabilitation, this pedal exerciser is excellent. Just keep in mind that it may not be the best fit for cycling while at your desk, especially on smooth floors.

I go to the gym and use a stationary bike there. I use a treadmill at home. But to use the treadmill, that's all I can do when I'm on it other than watch the news on TV.I figured with this item, I could read the newspaper while peddling, and get a little more exercise.First of all, this does need a bit of assembly. That was easy, except for one part. There is a pin that goes through the upright tubes that is removable so that it can be folded flat. It was a little tricky getting that pin inserted.Otherwise, very easy.A few comments: 1. it's a bit difficult to get sneakered shoes into the stirrups. So I used my stockinged feet. And then I noticed that the manufacturer's pictures all showed people wearing stockings, 2. I at first used it at my kitchen table, sitting on my kitchen table chairs that have wheels. Doing that, the device kept moving around. I switched to a regular chair, and bingo, everything worked fine. On the lower chair, I was actually also pushing the machine. On the regular chair, my feet were moving down towards it, so it didn't move, 3. the tension is a bit simple and not the best. But then again, the price is great so there's a balance.Bottom line: Real neat device to get in some exercise.

Perfect for Getting a Workout While Working!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)I’m loving this Folding Under Desk Pedal Exerciser! I work from home, and I wanted something to help me stay active while sitting at my desk. This mini exercise bike is exactly what I needed. It’s compact, easy to set up, and fits perfectly under my desk without taking up too much space. The low resistance makes it great for casual pedaling throughout the day, and I can feel my legs getting a good workout without breaking a sweat. It’s surprisingly quiet too, so it doesn’t disturb my work calls or meetings. The best part is that it folds up easily for storage when I’m not using it.
