Cause gag reflex and I’m not a weak person. Amazon would not accept my first review and so this is my second attempt. I found a similar mouthpiece on another website starts with an T and it was only $1.55. I had to hold it in my mouth with my finger otherwise it slipped out. I’m going to throw it in the garbage and I do not recommend this product. I received the product in a Ziploc type baggie and it did not come with instructions or the case, see photo.

The Jaw Exerciser is great quality and the comfort is limitless. This has several benefits from exercising the Jawline, toning double chins and its a great stress relief. I find myself mindfully snacking a whole lot less as well. I love that it comes with its own carry case for travel and storage. I am pleased with my purchase and I definitely recommend it.

What I like about this is I can use it while watching TV or reading. It's very easy to use and I can feel it working on my neck and jaw muscles.

Super comfortable in the mouth/fits well and the blue colour looks great.. Value for money is a big tick! Great packaging for the jaw shaper with its own carry case. Instructions are helpful (do not sleep on the part where it says to keep your mouth in a smile position as the holes become suction cups in your mouth otherwise).Slowly but surely seeing results and look forward to how it changes my face over the coming weeks/months.
