A bit narrow and short. Would be much better with some sort of "sticky" surface that wasn't cork on the bottom so that it would stay put and not slide around. Having the cork make contact with hard floors will cause it to crumble out slowly.

If you have a home gym, or just stretch at home, or go to a commercial gym these are a must have! The comfort from using these for goblet squats over plates is unreal, they’re lightweight, help me get in deep squat position, and my calves are on fire when used for calf raises. 15/10 would recommend to a friend

These are pretty good. The only thing I don’t like is that they aren’t large enough for my whole foot.When I purchased them, I didn’t even realize this would be a feature that I wanted so I didn’t bother paying attention to the measurements. If that’s not something that matters to you, then these are good. But if you do want your whole foot to fit, then don’t buy these.

I thought they’d slide all over the floor, but they don’t. Thick, cork-like material. They’re wide enough to accommodate different foot sizes (widths) & do exactly what they advertise.

I expected these to be at least the size of my foot. They are far too small for my taste. They seem like nice enough quality, but if you have big feet, you may want something else

I been wanting to do elevated squats and my gym doesn't have this.I fell upon this squat wedge. I wanted something lightweight that I can transport in my gym bag on leg days.Best part is that they a very slight cushion and they are non-slip so you got nothing to worry about.Honestly I'm so happy I found these, they are solid, lightweight and get the job done.
