Like this one alot,it seems an feels like it'll last a lifetime, connections screw on an tighten up perfect,NO LEAKS,.each turn off/on valve turns easily and both sides 100% stop the water flow so no worries about drips an leaks.

When we first hooked this up it leaked like crazy, we tried a couple new washers and tape, still leaking. Finally realized we were just tightening it too much. Once we put a new washer, fresh tape and not quite so tight it works perfectly. The first time you open the valves they are tough but they do get easier. Good solid product. No plastic which is helpful in super hot areas, as all my plastic pieces wear out so fast. Happy with my purchase.

This is easy to hook up to the faucet; however, I couldn’t turn the valve. It seemed stuck. Even my husband had a difficult time moving it! Once he broke it free, it remained “stiff”. It is a great idea and I have a different faucet that is easy to work.

Leaks everywhere every time I try and use it. Giving up and will try something else. A shame because I really wanted it to work.

Followed the advice from other reviewers and it still didn't work. Changed the rubber, used the tape, made sure the rubber was flat to the screw, tightened lightly, tightened as hard as I could. Leak leak leak. Unless you like wet floors and wasting water this probably isn't the product for you.

Despite of tightening with multi-grips to a point I thought I might break it, water still pisses out at the tap connection. Also even though the valves are fully closed, water still leaks quite heavily out of both spouts. Totally useless I ended up throwing it away and went to my local hardware store to get a different one, which works well.

I bought the Hourleey and the Triumpeek hose splitters. They are completely identical to each other except that the valve handles are shaped slightly different from each other. The opening in the top, where the faucet water comes in, is hexagonal and 1/2 inch wide. The ball valves at the bottom, where the water goes out, are 5/16 inch in diameter. This restricts the water flow, but I haven't been able to find a bigger one.One thing about garden hose threads (GHT) is that they are not intended to be leak proof in the threads. It is the rubber washer that keeps them from leaking when the female hose end is screwed up tight against the male end of the splitter. Teflon tape is included with the Hourleey splitter, but it is of no use at all. If your splitter leaks at the hose connection it is because the washer is not working right. (If it leaks under the valve handles, that's another matter.)I have had a number of these garden hose splitters over the years, made of brass or zinc or plastic. All of them had plastic valve handles. And they all have failed after a year or two because the valve won't turn. I use a wrench and the little handle on the valve breaks off. The main reason the valve sticks is the build up of calcium carbonate coming from the water supply. A solid brass handle is a definite plus. Also it helps to work the ball valve now and then. Don't go off and forget this for a year. It keeps the buildup cleared out.
