The design of the TSGOHNL Brass Garden Hose Splitter, 2 Way Faucet Diverter is flawed. The brass collar is secured to the body of the faucet by a single split ring. The collar can, and does, come off easily which renders the device useless. See the other reviews. I couldn't believe it happened to me. But the customer service is excellent. 7 months I ordered this garden hose splitter, I emailed customer support and explained the product defect. They immediately sent a replacement, thus they get 5 stars.

If you are older like me, you will like the handles that turn the water on and off to each hose. The handles are like an actual handle and not some small knob. They are easy to turn, and that is a blessing for a person like me with arthritis in my hands

Horrible design. The only thing securing the threaded fitting that's fits your spigot is a split ring. If you tighten the collar enough that the splitter doesn't leak, it pops past the split ring and comes apart. Total waste of money.

the spring steel retainer ring allows the adapters to pull off from the body of the splitter with any lateral force such as picking up the hos . I had 2 splitters and a triple splitter that failed for all the same reason. they look really nice but they fall apart

After getting drenched in water, I recognized the issue. Be sure to pull on the screw cap to verify it is locked in place. It was a minor action to reset the clamp. I used teflon tape on all the fittings, as some leaked. All the vales seem to work & it is heavy for a splitter. I purchased this splitter, as it was good to -4º F. There was no way to contact the manufacturer to let them know of this, I suspect a machine fit the clamp.

Easy to install, works very well on the patio to provide 3 different water sources.

We have gone through so many 2 way, and 4 way hose splitters through the years that work for a while and then go bad. Our last one was a 4 way ( we didn't use one of the valves) but began leaking early on which drove me nuts, because I always turned the valves off when done. The internal shut off would not shut off completely so water continued to flow inside some of valves. This brass garden hose splitter seems heavier and the handles are longer so we chose to try it out. So far no leaks after close to a month. It seems more durable than many (especially plastic junk ones) that we have tried. So only time will tell
