I've used these now for a couple of years and have caught hundreds, maybe a thousand moths with them. I hardly ever see a moth but the traps keep attracting them. The number of moths on these traps are so numerous, it's scary. Just ordered more because there's almost no room on them. And super easy and quick to set. wo minutes to set four traps. A 100% rating

Hace tres semanas que coloqué las Moth traps en roperos y clósets. No ha caído ninguna y siguen revoloteando como si nada en las habitaciones de mi casa.

Effective. The loop is not for closet rod diameter. Tape is needed to ensure they stay closed.

I use these constantly to save the woolens. Seems effective, does get full of moths. Sorry for them but I can't have them eating all my wool, feathers, and fur items. Nontoxic not like mothballs which are very toxic. Keep at least one in each closet or room or storage area with wool at all times, feather and fur also they like all those materials. If you don't know if you have any moths, keep one there at all times anyway. Rotate out every so often to put a fresh one in. Well worth it to protect you items

My closet wasn’t totally infested, but I could tell I had a small moth problem. Mothballs were definitely not doing the trick so even though I was doubtful, I thought I would give these a try. As you can see from the photo, they actually work. I think now between these traps and the mothballs my closet should stay moth free.

Ever had a wool moth issue? Well as an avid knitter with a stash of yarn and many knitted items, I do. These little traps work really well to attract and capture the moths. No smell which is great.

This is small enough to fit into closets and it actually works! Was able to catch a few moths I had living in my closet. Highly recommend this product.

Had significant pantry moths, decided to try these. Put them up on top fridge & back pantry, worked fantastic. Pantry moths flocked to them immediately (horny lil buggers). Only lasted about 2 days though then seem to stop working- i guess the pheromones dried up. They did however eliminate the majority within hours. Maybe open a new package about once a week, (or whatever their hatch cycle is) for 2-3 weeks & would likely eliminate them all. I kept forgetting to open a second one on time.I also employ a small electric tennis racket zapper for the few that saw the trap & gave me the finger, but when they cook the stink is worse than my dogs farts… well, almost. 😝2 spiders set up small webs in 2 corners of kitchen ceiling so they also help catch some along with the occasional fruit fly. 🪰 … Nature and science = teamwork. 👍🤷🏼

They catch some of our common, webbing clothes moths (Tineola bisselliella). There surely are much better traps available from other brands (industry grade used in hotels etc.) which cost around $100 for ca 3 months treatment. These here are much cheaper and cannot be expected to draw moths out of cracks - but they still catch some as we do have a population. The 16 pack come wrapped in 8 packs of 2. The 8 pack are individually wrapped. Try a few different places (floor, hanger, outside closet) to gauge "hot spots".Beautifully golden, unicolor webbing moths love to eat away at furs, wool and silk fabrics, all your natural clothing, carpets, and they adore dark spaces with little to no disturbance. They will find hair, cotton, paper, any fuzz stuck in ducts enough to live on once established. They do not live in pantries or eat food supplies. These traps work in that a few males get stuck, along with other occasional insects like ants, spiders who end up on the paper and die exhausted after dragging halfway over. Please show kindness and check your traps to shorten desperate battles that last days. These traps will NOT rid us of the moth problem, but they show us that it persists months after our first clean-through.De-moth strategies (it's a drag or a toss, sometimes both) without poisoning the home: - Toss any garment with several holes unless you want to have them chemically "dry" cleaned. - We tried freezing most of our wool clothes outside in deep winter, way below freezing. - We will try next to heat our entire closet in the car when it's hot enough outdoors. At full sun, checking the thermometer shows no less than 55°C or 130°F for an hour. - Wash everything that can be washed on hot (60°C > 30min). - On a regular basis, vacuum (corners, cracks) and wipe surfaces with water and a little vinegar. - We think some safe spaces will always remain (ducts, inside walls). Disturbing the population often should help keep in control, though. - Essential oils, as in cedar wood, are said help in preventing a moth problem. We have always kept cedar balls (oil or sand every 6 months) and satchels of lavender blossom (2 years if fresh) in our laundry, especially with delicates. Large amounts of oils irritate us and our pet and will not deter an existing infestation. - Never put unwashed clothes in the closet (sweat spots are said to attract moths - try Atsko sports wash to remove smells gently and healthily). We expect to keep using these traps for years to come, exchanging them every 6-8 weeks (just our guess at how long they last)... and go through it all over and again as soon as the population recovers. Hopefully no more than twice a year.

I've caught thousands of moths with these traps. Remember that they attract only the male moths, so if there are females around they could still lay eggs in your good clothes and wool blankets, and eat holes in them. So you still have to launder or dry-clean or vacuum and brush your clothes to keep the moths out. But if you catch most or all of the males, that will keep the females from laying eggs. Also remember to replace the traps every 3 months because the attractant gradually dissipates and leaves them ineffective.

Four traps were distributed in a room with moths (around 2 per day), never once did any moth end up in a trap. Clearly a broken product was delivered to me.
