The packaging says the product is odorless, but that's a lie. The balls stink terribly. Unfortunately, they can't be returned, so I threw them out.

I tried moth traps, ceadar, etc... nothing helped. This did the job. Not the most pleasant smell in the pantry but use it till the job is done and remove it. But first you have to remove where the moths are coming from (rice, flour, etc) for us it was a large bag of peanuts, it happened twice... no more large bags of peanuts

However many you plan to use, use like 10% of that. These little things are super potent! I think I accidentally gassed myself using not even half a bag in my closet.

I've used the para Moth Balls to deal with clothes moths and carpet beetles, and they do their job effectively. The 4 oz bag (2 pack) provides enough coverage for my storage areas, and I've noticed a significant reduction in pest activity since using them. However, the strong chemical odor is quite overpowering and can be unpleasant. While it dissipates over time, it can be an issue for those sensitive to strong smells. If the odor was less intense, this product would be more user-friendly.

I had heard that mothballs were somewhat effective in deterring Bufo frogs, who show up in the summer here in Florida, because they don’t like the odor and can be deadly to other animals with their poisonous spray. The mothballs. are a strong scent, but a handful of them, scattered in the grassy areas near lighting, appears to have helped greatly. I was hesitant to put these along the edges of the grass thinking it might attract my dog to check them out…..but she appears to also avoid them.So far so good.
