I use these packeted mothballs outside to keep Bats from overnighting (read pooping) in a breezeway and front porch. Easy to put up, replace and take down with thumb-tacks. No residue to deal with as it all stays contained withing the packet. I only wish they lasted a bit longer.

I love these and keep in closets to prevent moths, carpet beetles etc. The extra benefit is it smells good.

I bought this to put in the drawer between my clothes and its the best. Its a slight lavender fragrance not too over powering. I not only use it in my drawers ,but I also place it around my house to have it smelling nice. I love it !!!

Don’t be fooled thinking these won’t have that “mothball” smell because of the word lavender in the title. After putting them in my bedroom closet, with the door closed, you could still smell them when you walked in my front door. It’s smells like your spinster great aunts house.But I’m a knitter, and clothes moths found their way in and have eaten holes in my handmade knit sweaters. I’m doing all I can to get them out. I bought sticky traps that seem to be working as they have some dead moth evidence stuck inside, so they are more likely going to be my less stinky option. I would go that route instead of these in the future.
