Using these for off-season training, as these are just a bit too long for competition (max is 3/16") so gotta keep those spikes in good shape.These dig into the track really well and help with that extra push-off. They seem to have held up for most of the summer with minimal rounding at the tip.Easy to replace with the included wrench. Big box of these are great to keep in the bag for emergencies.

Our daughter just finished her first track season in high school and this was our first experience with track spikes. The coaches helped to set her shoes up originally but we wanted to have some backups of our own. This set comes with two colors that could suit you depending on your stylistic preferences. The traditional silver spikes look good but the black also looks cool if that's your thing. I think this is a perfectly reasonable set and a great item to have on hand in your track bag.Installation was easy with the included tool. It's a little small and doesn't have a ton of leverage but it works. One of the old spikes got stripped a bit from the top and I couldn't use the tool to remove it. I was able to get it out with some vice grips. I think it was probably stripped previously and not caused by the tool so I won't fault it for that.

Bottom line - would recommendThis is an excellent value for 50 spikes and a wrench. The spikes seem to be as good as the ones that came with my shoes (Adidas) and I had no issues with putting these on my shoes. While I haven't had them long enough to see how durable they are, even if they last half as long as the brand named ones it is still a good value for this quantity/price.

The drive makes for easy replacement for even the spikes that hold the most grudge. The spikes come to a perfect tip and did not experience any more wear than they are meant to when using them. The material holds up well, great spikes!

My daughter runs in track at her high school and she was in need of new spikes so I bought these for her to use for next year. These are 1/4โ and itโs a pack of 50. It comes with a tool to help place them in/remove them. They feel very strong and look sturdy. They fit her Hoka shoes perfectly, no issues. The track season is over so she wonโt be able to test these out until next year but based on the quality and fit of these, I think they will work perfectly :)
