  • Touch Switch, normally be used to control the lights. Don't exceed the rating amps and volts, you can run it on your other projects

What You Get:
1 * Touch Switch
1 * Instruction

What's the Touch Switch:
Touch switch, just touch it! It is different from the push button switch. You don't need to push anything, just touch it! Like touch your smartphone!

This is a perfect choice if you are in need of a fashion switch! On the front of the switch is an illuminated blue LED ring. On the back there are 4 wires, replace the ordinary terminal pins. Make switch installation a breeze!

The touch switch is rated for
7A MAX /DC 6-24V.

What's the Touch Switch Used for:
Most often the Latching touch switch is used for lights (Such as critical lights, chassis lamp, dome light), or the On/Off function circuits.

About Latching Switch type:
The light (device) is off when initially connecting to electricity.
The light (device) will be on and off by each touch.
Continue to cycle.

What's Note:
*The touch switch can't be used on a pump.It will be bu
*The input power need to be
constant-voltage source. A constant-current source (like LED driver, Oupput: DC12-24V 300ma) CANNOT fit the touch switch!
*The touch switch doesn't work with wet or damp fingers.
*The touch switch cannot be used in AC circuit. Don't exceed the rating volts! Only DC 6 - 24V.

After studying electrical engineering and working with electrical for over 50 years , yes I am 72 , I like to tell you that the drawing above is wrong, absolutely wrong. I will be making a little video soon.

I used these for in a mirror on a medicine e cabinet. The bezel is a bit small so I used a stainless steel washer to cover the hole.

I wrote a one-star review earlier saying that there must be a bad batch of these switches at Amazon. I need to correct this error. I have purchased and installed many of these Ulincos touch activated switches, from latching (no LED) to latching with LED always on, to stepless dimming (LED on when light on). All have worked from the start and continue to work perfectly. Really great switches. My earlier review claimed I had received two bad switches in a row of the latching type (with LED on when light on). After contacting Ulincos support directly about the problem they sent me an internal wiring schematic that clarified things greatly. For this one light I was having trouble with, the problem rested with me, not the switches. Note that these switches do not interrupt the red (positive) wires as in most mechanical toggle switches, but instead interrupt the black to green connection (negative); in other words, the black and green wire CANNOT share a common ground but must instead remain on separate, isolated circuits (green to battery negative, black to light negative). This is exactly as shown in their installation instructions. However, I tried to take a shortcut with this light as I was swapping out an older, mechanical toggle switch and had wired the light so that its black/negative ground wire was connected to chassis ground, which is also ultimately connected back to my "house" battery ground in my vehicle. The touch switch didn't operate under these conditions (unlike most 12V DC mechanical toggle switches). I have since disconnected the light's ground wire from its connection with chassis ground and connected it directly to the black wire of the touch switch, and viola! Both switches work perfectly! I've included the wiring schematic I received from Ulincos support so that others don't make the same mistake as I did.

I installed that switch on a 12 v lamp, it worked for a couples of weeks and stopped suddenly. It's always ON. I tried a lot of options and still not working.

Had a problem with the original switch I ordered and was sent a replacement ASAP - good service! New switch works as advertised, controlling a relay that initiates push-to-talk on an ICOM IC-7300 HF radio. Very dependable in detecting touch and no false detections or switch bounce.

Looks great, but functionally a big disappointment: this switch will not turn OFF completely, leaving LEDs glowing in the dark. I used a constant voltage power supply, as the vendor specified. With electrical testing, I found that the switch under a LED load will modulate and forward bias the output, making the LEDs dimly glow when the switch is in the OFF position. My setup: 12V constant voltage PS -> Ulincos Switch -> LED strip lighting which is basically a string of LEDS with current limiting resisters.Contacted vendor, and they said this:Our engineer suggests to try another type power source. The stability of your PS is not so good.Best regards,FishI found this bothersome. Here are my tests:Power Supply (Switch input): tested at a STABLE 12.22-12.24V whether the switch was ON or OFFSwitch output (DC): -3.177V OFF, 12.17V ONDisconnected the LED load...Switch output (DC): 0.006V OFF, 12.25V ONUsed a breadboard and connected a discrete green LED and resister in series to the switch:Switch output (DC): -3.56 to -3.76 OFF (somewhat variable), 12.24 ONHooked resister/discrete LED on breadboard to oscilloscope:Switch output: showed modulated/oscillating output from about +2V to about -12.25VSummary:If there is an LED/current limiting resistor circuit, this switch will modulate/oscillate the output. When it is >0V, it is forward biased and will illuminate the LEDs. This is a disappointment because I drilled a large 3/4" hole in metal to accommodate this.I originally tried their stepless dimming switch, but returned it when I found a similar issue. I bet if it is tested, it will show that the OFF position modulates the voltage similarly:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V737MXS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bought 1 to try out for a hotel headboard. Works great. We are DIYers and installed a LED light kit with this switch. We drilled a hole in the headboard and wired everything behind the headboard. The switch works great. Nice blue matches our wall. Touch is very responsive. Ended up buying about 15 and all of them have worked great.

I used these dimmers for a high end woodworking project I had, and they worked out great. The dimming could be a little slower, but they're usable. Build quality is great. Client was very pleased.
